Surfing A 10 Foot Gerry Lopez Board: Oahu, Hawaii

Even with my daily stretching I felt really stiff and tired, all thanks to several days in a row of surfing and my first day back in the gym in over 2 weeks. I was really stoked to use my friends 10ft Gerry tho, saved the session for me, lol. Haven't ridden a real long board in a while and that thing really could catch anything. I couldn't do anything on that board and kept catching a rail, I was trying to surf it like my short board instead of getting way back on the tail over the fins to turn it. Gonna try riding some single fin longboards more often.

It's hard as fuck to get off a longboard once you get comfortable paddling 10 times to go 100 yards and catching any and every wave you want.
The struggle of putting big girl down is real. But we gotta be honest the little ones spin better :P.
