  • WE USUALLY NEVER TAKE DEEP ABDOMINAL BREATHING, THIS TYPE OF BREATHING IS DONE WITH THE HELP OF AN IMPORTANT DOMESHAPED MUSCLE CALLED DIAPHARGM THAT SEPARATE THE THORACIC CAVITY FROM THE ABDOMINAL CAVITY. WHEN IT CONTRACTS AND FLATTENS THE VOLUME OF THE THORACIC CAVITY INCREASES DRAWING AIR INTO THE LUNGS, WHEN THE DIAPHRAGM RELAXES AND GOES UPWARD REDUCING THE VOLUME OF THE THORACIC CAVITY AND AIR HAVING CARBON DIOXIDE GOES OUT, DOING THIS DEEP BREATHING EXERCISE DAILY FOR TEN MINUTES FOR THREE TO FOUR TIME WILL BE VERY BENEFICIAL.
