    Hello, I bought the same new Makita and I have a problem with it, when idling with no load, the housing of the machine heats up from 45 to 50 degrees, and the brushes on the collector are quite thick, does this also happen with your new drill.

      No, maybe you have faulty motor?

      Okay, so now I've tested it, the temperature doesn't exceed 50 degrees, but at very low revs without load, you can hear the engine screeching.@@powertoolsrepair

      @@dragutinpavlov8508 you need to take it to warranty repair or disassemble and check armature with stator for dirt or something that makes motor to spin harder
