Definitely we all need to appreciate those core exercises.. I ❤ them all... 3rd challenge is Amazing works, but harder... Love them all.. I can NOT wait to see more...
👍👍👍 Definitely trying these exercises this morning... That level 2 looks like a bit of a challenge, but super awesome as well to work on mobility. Regarding your question... My English is sadly failing me... 🙈 but I would love to have some exercises that we could do when we feel more tension/pain on the quads or ankles after a long walk. Thanks so much for sharing, Hiro. Love your videos!
Hiro’s back! Always good to see more yoga videos making their way to RUclips 💪 I am having trouble with consistency on my channel at the moment 😔 Can’t wait for the next one friend! Thanks for making gratitude happen 🙏
Gimme somore! Specifically, what are the best exercises to facilitate Padmasana? Currently, my knees point upwards in the lotus position. Before yoga classes I open my hips by sitting in a chair, creating the figure 4 by resting my left ankle on my right knee and bouncing my left knee up and down. Before repeating on the left knee. Somehow this doesn't seem like nearly enough to get to Padmasana before I die!
