DIMMU BORGIR - Silenoz | Into The Necrosphere Podcast

- The great and powerful Silenoz of Dimmu Borgir makes his first appearance on Into The Necrosphere to discuss the band’s triumphant performance at this year’s Inferno Festival. He also walks me through the complexity of recording with large orchestras, shares his reflections on a career spanning over three decades and much more.
On my weekly news rant, new singles by the likes of Darkened, Crypt Sermon, Orange Goblin, Vulvodynia, Cryptic Hatred and more are rounded up for judgment. There’s also another preview of the crushing and upcoming Werewolves album, “Die For Us”, and Obsidian Shrine return to the upper echelons of the underground as they step into my Independant Band Spotlight.

Another top notch episode by the best podcaster on the planet.
Much appreciated! 🤜🤛
Thank you for the independent spotlight my friend.
Anytime! Need to get the message out about you guys!
Hello Jackie! Another great episode as ever!
Silenoz seems to be a great person! Although I'm not a Dimmu Borgir fan I like the way he deals with his work and personal life altogether; perhaps being a farm dude helps him with that!
Obsidian Shrine sounds pretty raw and aggressive, with a really interesting dynamic on tempos/passages; quite good material. I like it;
Darkened is cool, but too straight Death Metal to me; I miss some variety on their music; Crypt Storm also looks decent;
Orange Goblin is... Pretty cool but somehow I'd never get into them; the video clip is great though!
That' sit - glad to know about your personal event in November - I hope Satan at least get a slice of the weeding cake! 😆 Cheers Jackie and until next week!👊🏾🤘🏾💥
Thanks so much, my brother! Really appreciate the kind words. Take care and see you next week.
Great episode man! 🤘🏻🍻
Thank you, brother!
Superb interview my friend. Any chance you will have Galder on? I’d love to hear you guys discuss OMC and if he’ll EVER take it live again.
I can most certainly look into making that happen, mate! Glad you enjoyed the interview.
You were right I loved it It was Killer🤘🏼
🤜🤛
Awesome episode as always, and I’m not even really into DB! Can’t wait for the next episode!
And what will you be doing with Svartalv? Can’t you give us a hint…?
😁😁😁 G-14 Classified, I'm afraid. But I'll be sharing it soon enough. Glad you enjoyed this one, brother!
🌹I would've killed myself long ago if it wasn't for artists like Silenoz & Dimmu Borgir ~ Andras Nagy & Sear Bliss, Alexi Laiho ~ COB.. I have given up trying to explain how their music makes me feel because words could never describe it, when my time comes, which I feel is soon I want to go while listening to For All Tid, Stormbläst, EDT, Phantoms, Forsaken Symphony, Glory & Perdition... Follow The Reaper...🌹♥️🌹 Metal till the end 🌹♥️🌹
🤜🤛 Hope you enjoyed that episode!
Is the channel's name after a song by Broken Hope? Nice!
It most certainly is! Blessed by Jeremy Wagner himself (who has been a guest on the podcast previously).
@@IntoTheNecrosphere Nice, mate!
Ruins t-shirt spotted!
Hell yeah!
Norway is not small country, it's quite large for europe. Small country is Slovakia or NL.
Ranked by population size, it's 28th in Europe and 119th globally.
@@IntoTheNecrosphere Agree with that, just saying as a land.
