Random fact: That last camera is usually the first (and only) camera I detach because it's the easiest way for me to get the green energy ball out of my way.

It normally does play but there is a bug that means that if you don't wait for glados to finish talking before detaching each camera the audio won't play when you detach the last camera.

Блин, а я по другому проходил это камеру. Когда я энергетический шар завёл в cutcher, я перестал использовать порталы до конца камеры, до огня. Типа я простро прыгнул на платыорму и поехал. Когда бвл момент с дверью которую надо открыть кнопкой, я просто дождался момента, нажал на кнопку и прыгнул на платформу и успешно проехал. А на моменте со стенкой я просто перепрвгнул так что сначала влево, и в воздухе прыгнул аправо на платформу. Конечно жто у меня не с первой попытки получилось, но всё таки.

I've been through 2 playthtoughs and I still can't figure out which cams I miss
Are you missing the voiceline, or the achievement?
The voiceline is bugged, so it only plays if, through the entire game, GLaDOS has actually said her line for every camera you destroy. She can't say it if she's already talking though, so you have to wait for her to finish what she's saying before each camera, which is really tedious especially in 02, which is why no one gets this unless they actually set out specifically to hear it.
