  • The Seeing More of the Universe Series was created by Harvard's Alyssa Goodman for the Data Science Fellowship Program of the Vera Rubin Observatory, in 2021. This episode focuses the difference between and the value of "Big Data" and "Wide Data." The phrase "Wide Data" was coined by Dr. Chris Beaumont, the original developer of the glue data visualization package.
