Hi, this video is really helpful to me. Can you able to provide a video, on how to do the approval process in slack. i.e. Once click the "Submit for Approval" the approval request will show in the slack with the "Approve" and "Reject" button. Once click the "Approve" button in slack change the status "Pending" to "Approve " in salesforce and route to the next approval if available.

Hi. Thanks for the video. I have recently started integrating sales with slack. I didn't get standard object called sales channel in my org and buttons called list a channel is not working(greyed out) in opportunity. Can you please let me know what causing this issue

Just FYI the Salesforce app being used to integrate here is an old app and is no longer searchable in the slack app directory. Native integrations should be used now "Sales Cloud for Slack" or "Service Cloud for Slack" should be used in conjunction with the "Salesforce for Slack" app

@@naveenmosuru4556 In Salesforce, there is a LWC component where can you got to Edit page and then add that component to the right side of the page layout, then you can see the messages from Slack to SF
