Considering I woke from a horrifying, and very realistic, unresolved nightmare only when my alarm went off at 5 am this morning... I think I would HATE having this power! No need for Mesmer to mess with my mind... It's already a horrifying concept. You have a nightmare where everyone you love dies horribly... by your own hand... And you now know you have this power? You have officially turned nightmare fuel (literally) into paranoia fuel for the rest of your days. I would be begging him to help me have a dream that would negate the nightmare, which could be quite the dangerous move, since I'd be placing my mind (and my loved ones' fates) in the hands of a known supervillain who KIDNAPPED ME!
This gives me chills!! I wonder how this would play out if the villain Mesmer was a vampire, putting their captive to sleep to suck their blood… *chills* Eeep! This was fantastic! More…please…
Using my new stuffed animal (A giant like- 2 1/2 - 3 ft. one) for when ASMR-tists do a 'look into my eyes' kinda thing has never been as funny as picturing this super villain as a giant teddy bear in striped pajamas with a night cap to match
Ok but you know that the second I put the pieces together, I'd be grabbing that door handle again. And not letting go. The risks of a situation like that are waaaaaay too high.
Too many dark stories with euphamistic villainous threats... Him: *mentions a long, deep sleep* Me: eyes widen in fear. Him: *expresses pleasure at the thought of my "pretty eyes" glazing over, and seeing the "fight leave [my] body" as I succumb to his power* Me: breath catches in my throat. Him: *chuckles darkly* "Oh, my poor darling... are you afraid?" Me: YES! Please, I don't want to die! 😰
Did you steal my last two brain cells when you hypnotized me? I seem to have lost them and can't find them. It must have happened when I looked into your gorgeous eyes. They were too beautiful not to look at though.
