- I took this trip because I wanted to photograph the mountain cock that is there. I broke off my first trip because of rain, bad visibility and a lot of snow. Two weeks later, I had a completely different picture. Unfortunately, I could not watch teh mountain cock. But the black cock, which is also a rare bird. Unfortunately, I have only photos, because I still lack the tele lens for the new camera. My goal would be to enrich my tour videos with beautiful close-up wildlife sequences.

Ja, es war für mich tatsächlich ein Erfolg. Ich weiss auch, dass ich mir mit der Beobachtung des Auerhuhns ein hohes Ziel setzte. Dass ich schliesslich das Birkhuhn sah und ein paar Aufnahmen machen konnte, war ein schönes Erlebnis. Dank für's Reinschauen - Gruss Heini
Thanks for asking, I'm fine. And I'm filming a lot. But this is a bigger project that I upload at the earliest on February/March. As a result, my mountain trips have come a bit too short. I hope that I can do a nice autumn trip before winter is coming. Best regards - Heini

Ja genau! Du scheinst die Gegend zu kennen. Der Speer ist der höchste Nagelfluhberg Europas. Leider habe ich die Auerhähne nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Schön war es trotzdem. Danke für's Reinschauen - Heini

Nein, aber nach denen suchte ich auch nicht. Die sind weiter oben. Ich weiss dass es am Speer hat (hatte). Irgendwo las ich, dass sie nicht mehr im Speergebiet seien...

Hatte meine letzte Birkhuhn-Begegnung vor zwei Jahren Ende März am Wertacher Hörnle (ca. 1700m hoch) Allgäuer Alpen, morgens nach dem Zeltabbau, als noch niemand außer mir dort unterwegs war. Leider war die Kamera schon im Rucksack... Freu mich auf die nächsten Videos, Gruß, Joachim.
Die Morgenstunden sind für Beobachtungen und Fotografieren ideal. Da lohnt sich sogar das frühe aufstehen. War bereits um 04.00 Uhr wieder auf den Beinen. Danke für's Reinschauen - Heini

Thanks😃This was my first video in 4k with my new cam. It took me a long time to edit it on the computer (I need a faster one). The video does not run smoothly during editing. So it is almost impossible to get good picture and sound cuts. I would like to buy a tele lens at the end of the year to be able to take close-up scenes with the new camera (not just photos). But, I also need a new computer ... and it does not rain any money from the sky😉. atb - Heini

Hallo Reto, ja das Nammatj ist 3 kg. Für eine Trekkingtour würde ich es nicht mitnehmen. Auf einer kurzen Tour geht das schon. Ich habe dann genug Platz. Zudem ist die grüne Farbe für Wildbeobachtungen besser als mein knallrotes Soulo. Das Soulo würde ich heute auch in grün kaufen. Zufrieden bin ich mit meinen beiden Zelten. Sie sind sehr teuer, aber die Qualität stimmt. Danke für's Reinschauen - Heini
Hallo Heini, wieder einmal ein wunderbares Video und mit sehr vertrauten Klängen. Habe die Birkhahnbalz noch in guter Erinnerung aus Norwegen, nur hier in A sind diese Vögel äußerst selten. Freu mich schon auf das was da noch kommt an Tierbeobachtungen ...

Hallo Franz, ich war in einem Gebiet wo es noch Auerhähne haben soll. Die wollte ich eigentlich filmen. Während der Balz kann man sogar recht nah ran. Ich war aber sowieso zu spät dran. Ich möchte versuchen, in Zukunft auch Wildlife-Aufnahmen in meinen Outdoor-Videos zu zeigen. Bis ich mein neues Objektiv habe, werden das aber noch eingebette Fotos sein. Mit meiner alten Canon G3X kann ich im Telebereich bis 600mm gute Fotos machen, die Filmqualität ist aber unbrauchbar. Danke für's Reinschauen - Lg - Heini
