I think these things help even now where my family is all much older, and more recently reunionizing, in new changes all getting closer in proximity to our extended family on all sides. I think all of us for the most part are neuro divergent, in various ways. This is some stuff it's taken us all many years to catch on to, in family meeting type situations the most. Having some good one on ones through these last few weeks. ❤
