i hope the judiciary will take this to its logical conclusion. police excesses are common . cases can be instituted against anybody without proof and the common man has to pay legal counsel fees, fight cases until acquittal and the police revel at their inherent power to disrupt lives, deprive good men off their dignity to live with head held high. the british system and the disdain for common man. laws are needed for empowering common man to sue government servants, these are not public servants.

We have seen her work in Keonjhar district and she is very polite...she is not a streetmonger that she will do such things... Police will investigate the matter... The complainant is fabricating a false case to save her husband or anybody who might have involve in any case... Cz everybody thinks police is cheap... But nobody see their other side of daynight hard work irrespective of same salary as a teacher or lecture and sleepless nights...and in this case Soumya Mishra is an IPS and she better know how to behave people and criminals so let police investigate the matter and the truth will soon be reveal.
