How to cook Rabbit Ragu with Pappardelle

- For this ragu I chose rabbit meat. I also made my own pappardelle, which is a noodle traditionally served with game meat. The sauce is relatively easy to make with either fresh or canned tomatoes. If you prefer, you can buy pasta and cook it according to package directions. Ragu (or Ragù) is a chunky sauce. This recipe would be good to keep in mind when you have leftover chicken, turkey, or other meats. Use them in a sauce.

+Ladybug12150 Hi Jan. The Albertsons grocery store here usually stocks it. If it's out of stock I usually talk to the manager in the meat department and he'll special order it for me. I hope that helps.
