Had this problem the other day with 10mm2 3 core SWA!!
Back of the packet states CW25 gland for 10mm 3 core. However, in reality it doesn't seal. Fitted CW20 instead, but the olive was so tight to get over the outer sheath!!
Had to use silicone spray and flat head screwdriver to prise the olive onto the outer sheath.

Thanks man, I don’t know much but I’ve learnt over the year’s that morale is always higher when everyone is happy, and good morale makes for a good job.
Banter aside, I always treat people the way I would like to be treated, regardless of whether I’m the responsible for the project/supervisor or not, we are all sparks at the end of the day and everyone needs to be looked after.
There are some people who mistake kindness for weakness and try to take advantage, there is a different approach those people and luckily all the lads at BES are golden.
I’ve worked for some horrible firms, it’s a shame to hear you might be as well 😒
