Wow and amazing. You are such an inspiration to many. You and Jam made it look effortless and so deserved the win ❤ I was in tears seeing Tinax's vlog and then again catching up with you this evening. Tears of joy and happiness for you, Jam, your mum, and the whole team that makes Elphick Event Ponies as special as they are ❤ Can't wait to hear what you are up to next. We'll done Meg, congratulations on winning 6th place at Badminton 🎉🍾🥂🥕🍎🍏
Holy Crap, where's Meg?? You've turned into a proper show jumping professional. I can believe how much your seat changed after I saw you with Mike somebody or either, the one who talked about riding like a jockey and your feet forward or back. What a change, sitting up, not yanking her back. I'm thrilled for you all: you; jam; and Wilma. Everyone will benefit from the changes you've implemented. Bravo! Now I'll settle in to watch the rest of this long awaited part 2!!!
You guys are like a Penske pit crew at the Indy 500. Well done Jammy and Meg. I always cry when you ride and I think it’s because she tries so hard and loves you.
Seeing you with your little connie next to the other people on their "proper sport horses" put into perspective how well you did, yes jammy is a very good pony that gets you out of trouble, but this is still a bit of an uphill battle for her!
Seeing little Jammie with her short fat neck lined up with those other horses really hits home what a great team Jam and Meg are and what they have accomplished together! ❤
please tell me I wasn't the only absolutely balling my eyes out during the cross country.. especially at the end ?? I've said it before, and I'll say it again: YOU ARE AMAZING, MEG !!!!
Sat here crying for a stranger I've never met! Meg Elphick you are a inspiration to all us armatures, wannabes, enthusiasts and pony lovers. You have shown us a true representation of what equestrian sport can be. The highs the lows the confidence spills and everything in between. Pure chills watching your cross country round. Just phenomenal riding on a phenomenal pony. You make me want to be a better equestrian every time I watch you!
When she's tired you see her hooves turn to the left during a jump. He knows not to touch them. She really gave it her all. So did you Meg. Congratulations 🎉👏
I saw fence 1 and thought “okay this is doable” then fence 2 appeared and I nearly cried🤣 So unbelievably proud of you man! I remember when you were saying you didn’t know whether you wanted to do the 90 or the 100, you braved it and you absolutely SMASHED IT! And Jam of course😂❤️
What a lot of fun you've offered while letting us see your progress. A deserved result and well ridden. Hats off to your supporters and trainers too. I think this defines 'journey'.
Looking into Jammies eyes, you can see what a sweet soul she has with the heart of a lioness. Brilliantly ridden by you Meg,.So, very, very well done.It made me cry buckets 😂😂😂
My favourite part of this video was the care and attention to Jam immediately after cross country. Celebrations came after her welfare, what a team ❤️❤️❤️❤️
At the International 3DE in Melbourne which is just around the corner, horses come off xc into an enclave where they get a vet check, temperature etc. I'm surprised that doesn't happen in the UK especially at Badminton (unless it happens and everyone just leaves it our of their vlogs but I doubt that is the case)
Oh my word, I’m in absolute bits at the two of you flying over the last. What a round, what a pony and what a flipping rider!!!!! Big congratulations on such an amazing result, Meg - and for showing us fellow overthinkers time and time again that it IS possible to feel the fear…and still go and smash it anyway🏆🥹
Congratulations Meg!! You did the most fantastic job with Jam and deserve all of the praise and rewards you get. Once again an amazing video to watch and experience such an incredible event with you. You are truly an inspiration, you're one of my idols! You have the most incredible team that we all love. You and Jam are such an outstanding duo, would love to meet you one day. It's a dream of mine to come watch Badminton, hopefully it happens! The month of the May is the best! (I also teared up at the last fence)
Well you can ride a forward stride! Well done on that round. She was tiring six or so out. She stopped gaining height and begins to throw her front legs side ways to clear things but my goodness what an incredible little mare with a heart as big as a bucket. Congratulations on producing her to such a standard. Great to watch.
Jam is such an amazing little horse, you can see she really loves what she does. And you absolutely smashed it Meg! You worked so hard to get where you are and it was thrilling to watch you nail those fences after seeing how hard you trained. You might not see it yet but I think the two of you together really are a force to be reckoned with! Can't remember where the quote comes from but you remind me of it - "Without fear, there cannot be courage."
You gave of yourself so freely to all the young riders wanting an autograph ❤! Your encouraging smiles and photos meant so much to each of them ❤! Thank you for growing the ranks of future horse lovers who will be joinimg you in the ring pretty soon ❤ ! Be proud of that most of all ❤ ! Love you Meg ❤ !
You were fab. I hope that’s built some confidence. Jam is an utter legend, it’s so easy to forget she’s only 10. It really can’t be easy when you draw a crowd like that full of expectation. It’s a huge pressure and you handle it brilliantly
Honestly crying from this. Never felt so proud of someone i haven’t even met! Such a difficult course and Meg did it with such ease. Have never seen her ride so beautifully as she did in this video! So so amazing 🩷
You did so well Meg it's so very much deserved. The fact that you've been beside the house on most of your visits to Badminton is a testament to all the hard work and dedication you've put into your lovely ponies (and definitely makes the notion of Jam did ALL the work not so true - your inspiring riding and training of all your animals paid no small part to that!). Thank you for bringing us along on the Badders journey with you. It is truly a joy and an honour to witness all that you achieve and share with your fans/followers/friends and whoever else doesn't fit into any of those categories lol. xx
Meg, I didn't realize how small Jam is until I saw her lined up with the other winning horses. She made those cross country fences look soooo easy! Well ridden by you, too, of course. You make a great team!
I LOVED the side-by-sides of the different jumps at the same time - thank you for including that! At 52:32, when Piggy is going over the course walk...is that you and Jam on the wall behind her? I'm so impressed with how you greeted all of your amazing supporters at the end of cross country and really engaged with each of them. So kind and genuine of you - they'll never forget that. Congratulations on a super result!
I cried so much watching this🥲I am so beyond proud of how far you and all your ponies have come in this past year, you've helped me through my confidence issues for 4 years now and I cannot thank you enough for all of this xx Love you Meg❤❤🩹
Meg, I've never met you, but am so proud of you. Your jumping was spot on and Jam gave her all. A brilliant video. You could not ask for more. WELL DONE!
Meg you SMASHED Badders! You and JamBam have improved so so so much since 2018.I remember JamBams first jumps!Such a good match for eachother! Great rider and epic pony xoxo!
Meg, PLEASE have more faith in yourself!!! you are a fantastic rider and Jammy is a phenomenal horse, you need to give yourself much more credit!! Massive well done to the both of you
Yes Meg!!! You totally rocked that and destroyed the course!!! You and Jammie do so well together, I absolutely LOVE watching you two ❤ and everyone else, of course 😊
Meg! Congratulations!!! You and Jammie did brilliant!! Your love and respect for your horses, your team, your fans and your viewers (just fans who can't actually be in England to see you compete) is outstanding! Thank you for letting us see your incredible life and adventures!!
Omg Meg! I cried when you finished the SJ then balling my eyes out when you finished the xc! You both did absolutely incredible! You are SUCH an inspiration to so many! Knowing how hard you have worked for this and how much you deserve it hits me right in the heart! Thank you so much for sharing so much of your journey with us! You are amazing and so is Jam Bam! What a little legend she is!
Just to add watching the meet and greet it’s so evident that you are a literal super hero 🦸♀️ ❤ feel blessed to be part of the live laugh love community!
Congratulations, Jam, you and your whole team. I laughed at the bridge and cried over a few. Jam was so bright white. Rest up sweeties. You all were fabulous.
You deserve a medal, going through all that and then seeing all the fans and being so friendly as you always are when we have met you, really well done.
What a superstar pony Jam is! I was bawling my eyes out watching you go round cross country, so incredibly proud of you both! You have worked so hard for this and fought the biggest mental demons. You are incredible
Congratulations, Meg (& Jam) 👏👏👏 brilliant performance & well-deserved result🥳 Meg, you were amazing - your confidence enabled your awesome pony to fly around the showjumping and the cross-country. It was an astounding performance from you both. So lovely seeing all Team Elphick come together & look after you & Jam so wonderfully❤ Fantastic vlog 🥂
You and Jam are just amazing! Love seeing you confident and riding amazingly. Also, it’s so heartwarming to see all your support team around you. Well done Meg. Xx
Well Done Meg and Queen Jam!!!! you both did so well! Jam is the best horse, Your Team of friends and family are incredible as always!! Be proud Meg. Lots of love
Just balled my eyes out with you - we all know that feeling with your horse when, cliche I know, but when you're just so at one with your pony and you feel like the luckiest girl/boy in the world 🥲 I don't even know you and I'm beyond proud of you. Absolutely thrilled! You've really battled and been a true inspiration to so many, including myself. Just love you all 🥲 WELL DONE! xxxxxxx
What a wonderful result for you Meg as you, Jammie and all your team have worked so hard for this result. Congratulations! So very much well deserved. ❤❤
You two were on fire. Jam is so clever & does her best for you. You're really putting Connemaras on the map, if they aren't already there. Witnessing your absolute determination & joy left me with goosebumps by the end of your CC & is, I think, the secret sauce that elevates & inspires. Well done!!
I’ve just recently found your channel and started following you Meg, congratulations on this awesome achievement at Badders! I’m enjoying massive binges of your videos. I have terminal metastatic breast cancer and have been fighting for 8 years now. I used to ride but due to tumours throughout my spine, I can no longer do so, so instead, I live my horse love through channels like yours. Thank you for your bravery in sharing your journey Meg, I’m absolutely loving experiencing those moments with you and bringing back beautiful memories of my riding time. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
I am so PROUD of you, Meg!! You conquered a few femons when you did that BE 100 Course at Badders this year. And to see you in front of the house again, with Jam, made me smile from ear to ear!! And you deserved those few tears at the end, when you were in Hobbit's arms at the end of Cross Country!! You could see how proud Hobbit was of you. And how proud Simey, Emma, Hannah, Tina, and all of them were for you!! And people were right. You and Jam are a team. You guide Jam to the fence. You are the one who makes the decision on the line, and Jam says, Okay, Mum!! I'll jump that for you!! YOU are the one who makes it happen for Jam to help you out, if you goof up a stride. But, you are a GREAT RIDER, who had list her confidence after a bad fall. And it's taken a long time for you to find it again. And you have!! You'll always have the nerves, Meg. Always!!! But you've shown yourself that they can be conquered!! You are a conqueuring warrioe woman who just conquered Badders BE100 2024!! Your friend, the Retired Paramedic and Horse Trainer in Ontario, Canada, Jenn 💖 🇨🇦
Meg, I genuinely shed a tear while watching this one. You and Jam are absolutely magnificent. I love that she has you to guide her through difficult courses such as this, and I love that you have her to show everyone (including yourself) how truly incredible of a rider you are. We are SO proud of you both
Last fence….and I cried. I was so delighted for you Megs!! And Thankyou so much for allowing us to do the whole Badminton experience with you. I’m too old now to go and watch myself…but this year I felt I was there along side you. I had a great time…Thankyou😘❌❌
Another wonderful video...I was looking for it every day, and there it was at last. Every year, I've seen your riding abilities and your confidence go up--event by event, prep lesson by prep lesson. I saw you caring for Jam this year which was also good, because you haven't lost your care for the horse...winning is great but not at the expense of a horse's wellbeing. Enjoy all of your horse activities while you have the opportunity. (Yes, four runs inside the top ten is AMAZING, so don't EVER say "I'm not that good.") Thank you for sharing it with the world.
I loved this so so much. Congratulations again! Well deserved through all the blood, sweat, and tears. I cry every time I watch you at badminton. Maybe someday, I’ll be able to come watch you compete. It’s a dream. You are a huge encouragement to me. Keep up the awesome work Meg
You and Jam have improved so much and I am so happy for you guys!!! I love her gorgeous trot over the broken bridge❤ I love watching all your videos and singing how much you and Jam have improved from beginning to now!!!! I can’t wait for next year when you hopefully go into novice and 1 star!!!! Great job today and I hope you enjoyed it so much!! Props to everyone and I hope you had a great time!!! Now Badminton 2024 has signed out!!!!
Congratulations Meg! It was incredible watching you & Jam crush the 100! I was crying happy tears as you were celebrating after the last fence in CC! It was also nice to see all of the familiar faces of your support team there and hearing what they had to say as well as their commentary (and Freddie screaming for you after you passed him in CC)!
Another video that made me cry - the bond and communication between you and Jam, and the massive support system you have around you with friends and family is just so special to witness. You’re mega ❤
Amazing xc round Meg. Agree it's one of your best. Love you don't let the odd mistake affect the full round - great lesson for us to learn. And Jammy is fab. What a superstar pony! Enjoy the buzz - you deserve it ❤x
Massive well done. I take my hat off to you for the journey with regard to the confidence building. Can’t wait to see more of the journey and also DD’s baby! Make sure you give yourself a pat on the back as you have worked hard. ❤
Wow Meg you and Jam are fantastic. Just a year after that fall, everything you’ve been through. I’ve cried with you and for you. And after watching this video…. I cried so many happy tears for you both. So proud of you both. Congratulations 🎉❤
Congratulations Meg, Jam and everyone involved. She is one amazing pony and you both deserved the win ❤ I was in tears watching Tina's vlog as well as yours. Tears of joy and happiness for all the Elphick Ponies ❤
Wow Meg, two brilliant rounds ! Jammie tried so hard for you and it must be an amazing feeling. So pleased for you and your wonderful team but mostly because you had the courage to confront your fears head on. I had a little weep ❤
Oh my gosh Meg, my heart was racing as I was cheering you on! Wow girl! I should say Girls! You & Jam were sensational! I’m really happy for you. ❤️🐴🙋🏻♀️🇺🇸❤️
You did such a nice job of supporting Jam as she got tired. You can see her leaving her front legs a bit toward the end, but she worked so hard for you.
Can we always have a Hobbs commentary on dressage and a Freddie on show jumping!?!?! He’s ace! Meg, I have told you a million times that you are a super duper star and I am so proud of you!! I remember your first badders on Bear & the disappointment was heartbreaking and then each year you have gone from strength to strength. You whole mentality seems to of grown and you’re a true inspiration, tears for me again at the end xx well done Meggy & Jammy xxx p.s loving the edit of this video. The jumps in all angles is awesome 🎉❤🎉
I actually knew your placings before the vlog came out because I looked at the online scores. Man, you’d have thought I’d won the lottery with how excited I got for you and Jam. So, so pleased for you both! What a team, and what a result after a solid year of tough work, mentally and physically. Your support team was amazing, and it was great to see you really believing in yourself and Jam- you definitely attacked several of those fences fearlessly! Watching your meet and greets was so lovely, I hope you feel the genuine support and pride from everyone. Enjoy the afterglow, can’t wait to hear about the possible “end of season aim”…
Well done!!! Jammy and YOU! You both have a fantastic partnership and you are both totally amazing!!! Next year you need to aim for the stars 🌟 Massive respect to all your helpers, hanhan, hobbs, simey and granet lense media for fantastic footage, you all are stars too 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ❤❤❤❤
It was just two months ago when you and Jammy had that confidence knock and then you go on to do the 1m at Badmington. Love to watch you journey and so proud of you and Jammy.
I love how after cross country you immediately got of of her and started untacking her and cooling her down the fact that you did that then took care of yourself is amazing and you are one of the best horse riders ever just for doing that.
Absolutely phenomenal job and beautiful riding. What I also think is so admirable is the way you tackled the crowd of fans afterwards. That can’t have been easy after such an emotion fuelled day and after very strenuous activity - I think I’d need to lie in a darkened room with a bottle of water! Well done Meg for being a true professional ❤
Well done Meg! You have done an awesome job not just this last few days ut the entire year prepping for "Badders"! Even though you often shift the emphasis to Jam, it takes two - a strong partnership to do as well as you and Jam did this year! Go for the win as there is no question that you can win Grassroots 2025! Enjoy the new babies and bringing Wilma and Whinney on for next year. You CAN do it ALL.
If you didnt get emotional watching this then your heart is made of stone ! . Loved seeing you cross that line well done Meg and Jammy, and all the crew too gosh heart warming stuff 🥰🥰🥰
I love Freddie his commentary on your jumping. He's so precious. You're incredible Meg!
I'm glad you had such a support team with you
So funny wasn't he, thanks very much!
Wow and amazing. You are such an inspiration to many. You and Jam made it look effortless and so deserved the win ❤ I was in tears seeing Tinax's vlog and then again catching up with you this evening. Tears of joy and happiness for you, Jam, your mum, and the whole team that makes Elphick Event Ponies as special as they are ❤
Can't wait to hear what you are up to next. We'll done Meg, congratulations on winning 6th place at Badminton 🎉🍾🥂🥕🍎🍏

Huge well done you absolutely smashed it! So happy for you! Jammy is a proper little trier! Xxx
Omg I’m so proud of you and Jam Bam! You did great!! I honestly started crying when you were jumping! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!
So so excited to watch this after a horrible week and a half. You deserve this more than anyone and should be so proud xxx
Oh bless you, hope your week improves! X
@@elphick.event.poniesthank you so much ❤️❤️
Congratulations Meg!
Finally 😉😘
Hahah can't all be as quick as you!
@@elphick.event.ponies just blame the Cornish Wi-Fi mate 🙃
Haha, right! ❤ everyday checking to see if it was out. ❤😂
Amazing xc round Meg. Agree it's one of your best. Love you don't let the odd mistake affect the full round - great lesson for us to learn. And Jammy is fab. What a superstar pony! Enjoy the buzz - you deserve it ❤x
You and Jam nailed it!!! I love all your fans and all the support you have from your friends and family! Awesome work!!

Meg you are an absolute legend so is jam I no the feeling it's great to experience lucky you to experience it you are such a good rider
You are riding so bloody brilliantly! Onwards and upwards. What an absolute star Jam is! So much talent and you're bringing out the best in her.
The way you’re beaming with pride for Jam but also for yourself!! So happy for you!
Well done! So proud of you and Jam is an absolute legend. Great team! Always love seeing Han, Hobbit, Simon, Rich, Emily, Tina and all!!
Well done!!!
Jammy and YOU!
You both have a fantastic partnership and you are both totally amazing!!! Next year you need to aim for the stars 🌟
Massive respect to all your helpers, hanhan, hobbs, simey and granet lense media for fantastic footage, you all are stars too 🌟🌟🌟🌟
❤❤❤❤
It was just two months ago when you and Jammy had that confidence knock and then you go on to do the 1m at Badmington. Love to watch you journey and so proud of you and Jammy.
Jammy is glistening and her gorgeous tail is like silk. Such a brilliant little horse 🎉
I love how after cross country you immediately got of of her and started untacking her and cooling her down the fact that you did that then took care of yourself is amazing and you are one of the best horse riders ever just for doing that.
Super amazing Meg! And all those crowds wanting photos with you! Blooming well done girl 💪 Jam is an amazing horse and you are an inspiring rider xxx
Meg, im crying my eyes out for you, im so happy for you, youve came so far, welldone both of you x
Well done Meg and Jammy. You are both incredible! I cried tears after every round, so emotional. Here to next year.
I've never loved a mare I've never met more than I love Jam Bam. She's a testament to you.
You know down in there YOU CAN DO IT, Meg! You did fantastic. Great job Meg. Great video. Can't wait for the next adventure.
Teared up when your Mom hugged you.
Super riding!
