- Creating a wiring loom for the street legal Kawasaki KX100 project. Since it is a dirt bike and didn't have a battery, charging system, lights or any other electrical components from the factory, we have to build a custom wire harness from scratch.

Wow, you're back!! So glad, I do worry if you're OK sometimes when I watch old videos. It's just good to have you guys in this space. It's like therapy for some of us.
Great to see them back..looks like they been busy with house decorating
Glad they are back as well...
Great to see you all again.
You're like that friend who even though we haven't seen each other in years it's always just like old times.
Look forward to seeing your adventures again whenever it suits you guys 👍
The only two people who can make electrical systems and mopping entertaining to watch…I’m so glad to see your back
You guys are one of the few RUclipsrs I come back to see how their doing, your genuine people and deserve so much more, i know life can be a struggle but In time it’ll get better.
I think I speak for everyone when I say we would love to see some videos of your house renovations or anything else you are up to. It doesn't always have to be a garage projects. we just love your videos no matter what they are!
I've only just started watching this and I want to say, it's admirable of you to explain why you haven't uploaded in a while, but you don't owe any of us viewers anything, you're looking well, the garage looks great and i'm just happy to see a new video.
It's been a crazy time for everyone and as long as you're looking after yourselves nothing else matters, and if we're lucky enough for you to share some of your good times with us, that's just a bonus.
Glad to see you back !!!
I'm so happy that RUclips showed me this.
I instantly like the vid when you came up with the joke of the government putting a needle in your arm. 😂😂 keep up the great work
This is why I don't unsubscribe from channels I love - even when they don't post content months/years.
Thanks for sharing another adventure 👍
You're one of the reasons I gained confidence to mess with my stuff and I'm taking a break from studying for aircraft maintenance exams to watch this! Always excited to see a new video from you guys

@@zakksrage only yours
Yeah we’ve been missing you guys. Thanks for popping up today :-)
For your animal "spills", I recommend painting the plywood with some cheap paint before putting new flooring down or you might end up smelling the "spills" when it gets humid in the house. I love your selection of music for the mopping montage
Had a similar situation in a previous house. That Kilz paint did a good job at preventing smells from anything left behind after cleaning the sub floor.
I had this happen in a house with a slab floor. Poured bleach on it let that dry and put verathane on it.
That's what we did! We had some old interior paint and painted the whole subfloor with it.
I was going to say shellac primer, but the paint should work as well.
Best thing to use for stains/ smells is Kilz.
Thanks for coming back
Jake! I thought I was gonna have to make my own motorcycle videos to compensate
I’m so happy, I recently watched all of your best motorcycle movies
Oh my lord what a christmas miracle!!! Love you guys great to see you. Keep doing what you need to. Have my support🤙
Welcome back, Jake and Jen! It's great to see you both again, doing well and staying happy and healthy. Nice job on that custom wiring harness. And "Let's go to the mop"... that's pure genius.
THEY’RE BACK!!!! You never realize how much you will miss something until it’s gone.
I don't care how long y'all been gone and what your reasons are, I'm just so glad to have you back! I haven't clicked on a notification this fast ever. I will watch anything you put out, it's just so good!

Love u guys!! Dont stress about if and when you do videos!!
One of my favorite RUclips channels. Nothing fancy, or loud and obnoxious. Just two genuine people having fun. Post when you can
Glad to have you back, Jake and Jen. You don't need to appoligise for being absent, we are all dealing with issues during these troubling and stupid times. We come here to learn from you on how to repair the different things you bring home. Your videos are well done, and real to life, not staged. Just relax and continue doing what you're doing, your audience will always be here.
THEYRE BACK !!! Excuses…we don’t care really. Just that you’re making videos. That’s what’s important. With so many BAD RUclips creators, your channel and general attitude and style is something that i think a lot of people (like myself ) truly appreciate. I hope this comment helps motivate you to keep them coming. You’ve been missed.
YES HES BACK
If you watch the mainstream news it's a depressing time.
Watching you two is so much better. More intelligent and no decieving.
Thank you for posting a video.
Oh my god, you guys are back!!!! Wiping away the tears of joy. We’ve never met but you’re old friends.
I'm sooo glad your back!!!! You are the man.. " I'm such an expert never having used this before,I thought I'd make it better." That is the story of my life. I was dying. 😂😂😂😂😂😆
I'm so glad your back bud, I have genuinely missed your videos. You inspired my pw50 build for my daughter. Without you she never would have gotten to ride it. I'm a lifetime subscriber to your channel bud. Keep em coming.
Someone give this guy a record deal !
This warms my heart seeing a new Jennies Garage video ❤️
SOOOOO GLAD TO GET THE NOTIFICATION. Glad to see you two back!! I love it!!
Holy Crap you guys are back finally im glad you guys are doing great keep up the content you guys were the first RUclips channel I ever subscribe too thanks for the comeback
So good to have you back. I can honestly say that thanks to you, my 91 Tenere is running happily and looking great as well!
You guys inspired me to start a two stroke garden machinery repair side hustle during uk lock down. Kept me busy and made some money. I thought if you can fix a weed wicker that easy so can I. And I did! Over and over.
Nice to see your latest video.
Welcome back! Happy to see a video no matter what, honestly :)
Love that you’re back, please take care of yourself ;)
Just want to add my voice to all the others saying we're happy to see you again

The last scene was hilarious, your confidence seemed to come right back as the episode transpired. Great to have you guys back.
Quite a nice surprise to see you uploaded a video. Can’t wait to watch. Hope you and the fam are well
Jake I'm so proud of you for getting some work done on the bike. It's so hard to get in there when life keeps coming in fast. I've been stalled out on my CT project for a while and seeing this felt so good. Almost as good as hearing the KX100 start. Hope things work out that Jen is riding around before too long.
Love to see you guys back in action, get that bike done, she deserves it!
When I saw the thumbnail, I instantly knew it was you guys.. welcome back🔥🔥
Bro no apologies! I'm just glad we get to see what you're up to again. You two are awesome. God Bless!

You guys make it fun!!! It’s not boring!!! Great seeing you guys!!
Such a suprise with this upload! Please update us regularly.
So happy to see y’all again. My favorite channel of all time and the one that got me to buy my own bike and setup to make it street legal.
We missed you but we all have a life outside of RUclips and social media, welcome back.
Welcome back you two! Look forward to seeing more projects, always entertaining.
Thank you for letting us in your life. Even if it's a couple videos a year.😃
Nice to have you two back. The house is coming along well! Hope you have a great Christmas and hit the trails together on your bikes real soon.😃👍
Glad you're back. No need to explain why you've been busy. You don't owe us anything. That said, i hope you'll be making more videos.
Yeah! you two are back! I love the energy you have in your videos, it's so genuine, take all the breaks that you want, but don't stop!
So glad to see you guys come back! Also love the 4k video love seeing you work in such high quality!
Great to see you back. Looking forward to hearing about the new garage option.
people who I love to watch on youtube, have been dropping off the edge of the Earth, I was so glad to see this video. I enjoyed it very much. Welcome Back.
I was so happy when I saw a Jennies Garage video show up! Stopped what ever I was doing to watch it. Thank you.
Thanks, hope you enjoyed it!
So glad to see you guys back! Missed you and your videos like crazy!
It's great to see you, and the camera lady back at it. I hope you continue to have the time, and opportunity to keep putting out content for us to enjoy.
Sooo happy to see another video! You guys are part of the reason I decided to start up my RUclips channel 🙂
Its a pleasure to have you back!
I love electrical, so this was fun to watch. You did a great job on the wiring diagram too.
Glad to see you're both out there and doing well. Busy living life I'm sure. Got the notification and had to watch immediately because of the long hiatus. Good to see you check in.
It's really nice to have you back!
Good too see yall back for a episode. You taught me some cool stuff. Helped me not make bad investments and take care of current ones. Thanks.
I know nothing about motorcycles or mechanics but you guys are literally my favorite channel. I really look forward to your videos so it’s really a nice surprise when you upload!
ALRIGHT! missed you guys. Glad you painted the garage, it was tripping me out in past vids. 🤯
Great to see you guys again.
"self referencing spiral of confusion" I forgot why I love your channel, great to see a new one.
Awesome to see you folks back!
You guys are so fun and crazy I've missed you look forward to more videos when you can. Happy holidays
So glad to see another video from you!
Instead of cleaning the stains you could've just used some type of paint/stain blocker. I've seen it done before on tv.
After the mop that's what we did. Put a coat of paint on the whole thing
Wow! Glad to see you both back and filming!
OMG! Thank you so much for coming back!!!!! So glad to see you guys again!
Good to see you both back 👍🏻 Shame you don't upload more often but it is understandable.... Life has more urgent things to spend time on....
I love your editing and the voicovers. They are so seamless with the footage i cant tell if its put in after or not haha
Thank you!
Talk about timing. I had just about given up on you guys. So nice to have you back! Missed your channel, banter, and projects.
Missing you guys. Garage looks great!! Upgrades the right way take a lot of time and energy. If you guys celebrate, wishing you a happy holiday season.
Welcome back! I'm curious: why do you need a negative wire running to every load? Aren't most of them grounded to the frame?
Yes, but then you have to make grounding points all over the frame. I don’t think he wants to grind the paint off the frame. He is working with two different volt systems so you can’t have 6v and 12v going through the frame. Also he isn’t working with a million different electrical hook ups so it’s probably just easier and faster just to make a full ground harness.
@@t-train6534 I can't see any problem with grounding 6V and 12V circuits through a common 0V rail (the frame in this case). After all, however he wires the two systems, their ground wires are all connected electrically to the same point (the battery negative pole). The rear lights might not have a suitable grounding point though, since they are at the end of a plastic mudguard.
For the negative wiring, use the chassis, that way you get a good strong ground, making sure to jump any hinged or bearing points with appropriately sized wires of course, and it also helps to keep unnecessary joints to a minimum, such as heatshrinked solder joints, which are a weak point as they can fracture and fail when used on vehicles, which is why crimping is preferred... :)
I stopped at 7 seconds to say thank you thank you thank you for a new video. The two of you together are fantastic.
Good to see you guys again.. hope to watch you again soon with some more of your brilliant content.
They're back!!! So happy to hear from you guys again!
I'm so sad because I checked your channel a day before the video was posted and now I get to watch it 4 weeks later. RUclips has betrayed me wanting to watch this for so long. So glad you're back and I can't wait to see more
I really enjoy that you don't cut out your rants and hypothetical comments, keeps it real, like I'm getting to know you guys more than just someone I watch on youtube
Thanks for your comment! Glad you enjoy that aspect of the videos. Sometimes I don't know how much of that dialogue to leave in.
I’m so glad to see a new video! I hope life is treating you guys well, looking forward to more videos when they come!
Life happens, whether it be outside influence or internal issues.
You don't need to apologize, nor as you explained in a previous video, do you need to fret over every minutae and deliver a 105% perfect video.
We watch your content for you two, your chemistry and your projects.
We love every video, whenever they come out.
Much love from Sweden.
Yes I'm so happy and am glad to see you back!
very happy to see yall back
I'm so happy to see you guys back in the garage making videos. It's always been a highlight of my day when another video comes out from you. I wish you all the best with your house and hope that goes good
Thank you for posting. Your videos are an absolute treat to watch!
