Funny. You know what kind of chilli cheese fries I make? First I deep Fry the fries. Then for the chilli and cheese, I use Queso cheese wizz and mix both that and the chilli together. Then once the fries are done, I put em on a plate and just topp it with the chili cheese sauce and bam. That's it. No shredded cheese on chili. Just mix the cheese with the chili. Very simple.
