Only one earbud working on JBL VIBE100tws (How to re synch the earbuds)

- In this video we explain how to fix a problem with the JBL VIBE100tws truly wireless earbuds.
The problem is that only one earbud is playing music at a time. But it is not possible to use them both together in stereo.
Please not that in general both earbuds still work individually - they just won't work together.
In case one earbud does not work at all, then this fix will not solve your problem.

I was on long trip, and it was showing two devices with same name for two separate buds. Used for 1 hr and tried resetting. I was about to throw everything out of window. This video saved my buds 😂

This tutorial is really nice, but it doesn't works for me.
After the process botht earbuds connect to my phone, both are activ but one of them is for phone and one of them is for media.
I have no idea what can i try.
In my phone's options there is nothing what i don't tried.

I pushed all the buttons crazy af and it worked. I think, i doesn't hold the buttons after 3-4-5-6 times pushing.

I tried a few other videos you have, regarding left ears not working, and I couldn't seem to get it to work (jbl vibe 200tws, btw). This one starts with "turn off bluetooth for all connected devices." That may be my problem. Unfortunately, I'm at work, my sister is also at work (in a different part of the city), and my personal laptop is at home. Pity. I'll try this out when I get home, and - hopefully - this will work.
I'll edit this comment to give an update if it worked. Thanks, even if it doesn't work!
Edit: It's not working. I factory reset them prior to this, I disconnected them from my devices (or at least, the ones that were powered on), and it still did not work. The LED's never synched up after tapping 3 times, and the left ear still is not working. Help?
Another edit: All bluetooth the ears are connected to must be turned off, or all bluetooth within 50 km the ears are connected to must be turned off? I can turn bluetooth off at work, where the only devices should be my cell phone and my work computer - both of which I can turn bluetooth off for, quite easily. No other devices that my ears have connected to should be close enough to connect again, but one ear is still not playing music. Like I said, the tap controls work fine.
Is it possible that I used it on its own so much that I wrecked something inside? I don't think so, but it's technically not impossible.

I got totally same situation with my tune 230 tws. I can connect them bout with phone, but, active are only one, if active are left, I hear only left, then inside Bluetooth settings I can chose different connection , right , now it's active and my right only works .. so , yeah, both sides are working, but like different devices.. and thing about disable Bluetooth every paired devices, I can't do that, one phone died, and that's impossible to turn off Bluetooth at that device :D . I think it's only 20 m range for Bluetooth signal..
But still, I totally unlucky with re-sinc.. ;/

hi there,I had also the same problem with connection at the same time both devices but, after this video fixed it. Okay,what to do?
First of all, take out both earphones after switched of Bluetooth on phones.
Wait a 4-5 seconds,let them be ready for lightning leds. After that tap and hold 1 time around 5 seconds. And tap additional 3 time as well. After that they start light at the same time,so put them again earphones case for 10 seconds. Finally, take them out and switch Bluetooth and they pair together,that's it:)
