Frasier is one of my favourite shows ever and you have no idea how excited I was to see this video. I'll add it to my collection along with football ham, Christmas wassail, and Daphnes Piccadilly beef

YES!! As soon as I saw the title of the video I immediately thought of this episode!! I have watched the entire show of "Frasier" at least 9 times now, and it never gets old. This is one of my favorite episodes. Great tutorial video, my friend (as usual). Thank you for sharing your talents with the world.

That is a pretty good tip for making Hollandaise sauce (I don't think I've seen a recipe with Dijon mustard before either, but I'm absolutely going to try it).
Babish, I don't know if you still take suggestions for episodes, but you should do one with the "Chorizo and eggs" from Midnight Run.
I had the best in suite room service at the Venetian in July. I can't wait to go back just for this addition.

Randomly found your channel and while watching frasier on my living room tv, I thought my phone started playing frasier but instead my male twin(in terms of loving frasier) was adding the most iconic reference to Eggs Benedict.

Waiting for an episode dedicated to wrapping things in bacon. I've tried so many times to wrap things in bacon. The food is either under cooked or the bacon is overcooked. Somwtimes i get rubbery bacon. Whatever, i just suck at bacon wrapping things!

Babish, you should definitely give Heston Blumenthal's technique for poaching eggs a shot! It involves using a sieve to take out the runny bits of the egg white, it prevents those extra ribbons of white while you're poaching the eggs ! Love the recipe though !!!

It’s my birthday today and this is my favorite meal that I usually buy myself for breakfast. I wish I could make it at home. But I don’t have the ingredients and I’m too afraid to go outside to get them because of my compromised immune system. Watching you make one of my favorite meals made be feel a bit better though. For those who can't manage to do poched eggs, just use a bowl, put plastic film in it and the egg, make a little nest, and put the egg in the water with the plastic envelop

I have just cooked this, only difference where onions in the spinach and not a poached egg but a fried one.. And as topping some roasted nuts... Was absolutely amazing... And my girlfriend loved it..
