By accident I added a 20 amp fuse and the power supply shocked :( do I have to use a 10 Amp right?

Yeah, it will work, the thing is, it could be dangerous if something bad happened. The fuse is designed to break at a certain point to cut off the electrical circuit to prevent fire, etc.

Any idea how i can get an apw7-12-1800-a3 to come on without having a miner or bypass board connected? I don't see a place on it to connect anything else but i may have missed it

APW7 will turn on as soon as it's plugged.
