Bought there in 2019. Leasing our house right now but can't wait to move there full time in a couple of years! Our realtor was Sarah :-)
We went there last week and purchased a new home. That is the good news. The bad news is we have to wait 9 months to move there. However, it is worth the wait to get a home built exactly the way we want it.

Are they planning to build apartments on the future? I crossed some places off my list that are building apartment buildings. Most places are crowded enough without stuffing hundreds of people on 1 lot.

Yes @barbarawright6844 the singles club is VERY active too. I purchased here in 2019 before the market exploded and got a FANTASTIC deal. There is a lot of diversity here and VERY nice people. There is development in the area, so don't be discouraged by having to drive 20 mins to go anywhere. Traffic flows and it's nice to be away from the hustle/bustle.
