Ben Wats is in the town of Fox Lake, and has nice launching. The port of blarney is decent too, quite launch. Honestly depends if you want to ride lakes or river, and where you live.
I do this with my kayak. It’s pretty fun to dock with it.

Got two of the same seadoos they are fun asf but I like my trixx for the lake.
