The lost burough of Sloten

Once there were hundreds of stinzen in Friesland: stone towers that were later used as a fortified house. All but one (those in Stiens) have all disappeared. There were even two stinzen in Sloten, both owned by the Harinxma thoe Slooten family. Look was the fate of that of Homme Harinxma.
