- In this episode, I fish the top end of the Malilangwe dam, which is full of Dangerous Hippos and Crocodiles for Tigerfish. I was testing out the tiger fishing capabilities of my Noeby Leisure K6 rod and it really did get the job done!
the quality of ur content has skyrocketed sha!!! keep it up🤜🤛
i love the vids and i want to go to zim and catch my first tiger soon.
Thanks glad you enjoyed! Yes you should.

🔥🔥🔥👌👌
Well done
Great vids
Keep it up bro
I love your commentary. Rushing home to pack for return to varsity? Yes it would be great to get better equipment so we can see animals and birds in your videos too Josh. Maybe another year and you’ll have saved enough. Good luck!
Have you tried bucktails ? Or do the afrijigs work even better than the bucktails ?
I like afrijigs but bucktails will work well.
Josh, Love your channel. Gives me alot of GO, whilst working most of the time and often forgetting how much I jearn to get back on the Zambezi. We fish the upper Zambezi, northern Namibia and must say I think your average is very similar to ours. My PH was an even 6kg but most often under 3kg.
Thanks, glad to hear you enjoyed the vids, ya but even our smaller size can produce lots of fun! Tight lines 🤙
Hi Josh. We absolutely love your channel. We recently went to Zinave in Mozambique and managed to catch a small tiger. Please help us and let us know which afrijigs you found were the best and where in zim can you buy them? Thanks so much 😊
Hi we use 1/2 oz and 3/8oz jigs we buy them online from afrijigs
I like the T-Shirt, where did you get it ?
I made it on MS paint
Hi, like your vids. Can you help, when using the afri jig, do jig it on the bottom or swim it in the middle.
Swim it in the middle normally

@vocobird4453 thanks will do!
Hi There. Loving these vids. Keen to know about your Aluminium boat - can you share details of where you got this from please? :) Thanks
Hi it’s made by a company called Ali boats in Botswana, but we got this one second hand.
@@ThisisAfricaOutdoors Ah ok thanks - I will reach out to them. Keep up the great content!!!
Thanks I will!
I was there as well.......
Nice video. Those are some cool looking predators (both the fish and the other wildlife). Do you or others normally carry some sort of protection like guns or whatnot just incase?
Sometimes we take guns if an adult who has a gun comes with
Gr8 vid, this was one of the best for me, tell me do you cater for people who want to experiance the outdoors fishing for tigers, and if so what is the cost for such a trip,i am in pretoria and would love to do a trip like this
It’s quite expensive to this dam, but other places offer more affordable prices such as kariba and the Zambezi
What is the name of the jigs you are using? Do you have a link for them??
Afrijigs
OK I was wondering about this aspect(Hippo's & Cocs) of fishing there ;)
I'd a thought a much bigger steel boat would be basic?
No float/bobber fishing? Lots a folk would have had a couple line out with cut up tiger fish bait on them as well as casting
So what was the time!? 😂😂
