  • In this episode, I fish the top end of the Malilangwe dam, which is full of Dangerous Hippos and Crocodiles for Tigerfish. I was testing out the tiger fishing capabilities of my Noeby Leisure K6 rod and it really did get the job done!

I love your commentary. Rushing home to pack for return to varsity? Yes it would be great to get better equipment so we can see animals and birds in your videos too Josh. Maybe another year and you’ll have saved enough. Good luck!

Have you tried bucktails ? Or do the afrijigs work even better than the bucktails ?

Josh, Love your channel. Gives me alot of GO, whilst working most of the time and often forgetting how much I jearn to get back on the Zambezi. We fish the upper Zambezi, northern Namibia and must say I think your average is very similar to ours. My PH was an even 6kg but most often under 3kg.

Hi Josh. We absolutely love your channel. We recently went to Zinave in Mozambique and managed to catch a small tiger. Please help us and let us know which afrijigs you found were the best and where in zim can you buy them? Thanks so much 😊

Nice video. Those are some cool looking predators (both the fish and the other wildlife). Do you or others normally carry some sort of protection like guns or whatnot just incase?

It’s quite expensive to this dam, but other places offer more affordable prices such as kariba and the Zambezi

OK I was wondering about this aspect(Hippo's & Cocs) of fishing there ;)
I'd a thought a much bigger steel boat would be basic?
No float/bobber fishing? Lots a folk would have had a couple line out with cut up tiger fish bait on them as well as casting
