Homestead America is a property management company that manages multifamily communities across the United States. Each year, Homestead America hosts the Ben Franklin Contest for Best Curb Appeal, where teams from different communities compete to enhance the curb appeal of their property.
During the 17th annual Ben Franklin Contest, teams will work to enhance the exterior appearance of their community by planting flowers, painting, and cleaning up litter. A panel of judges will evaluate each team's efforts and award the team with the best curb appeal award.
