This tunes big memories for me. As a teen I was drama, my family always worrying, fighting all comers, a real volatile little shit, in and out of jail like a nob. When some mug nearly chopped my hand off with a machete(barely hang on lol) during a fight, I was found nearly dead in a field, miles from anywhere, argument with an ambulance driver drunk had me kick off and tell them to pull over. Wondered off and collapsed literally dying, I remember laying there not giving a shit. My dad found me, covered all areas he knew I went over the years(my hero that day) and found me, still to this day that puzzles me how. Had friends growing up that are no longer with me through overdose, suicides and murder. My sister bought me this tune on cd, told me it makes her cry, reminded her of me. Always worrying that my self destruction would end in death. That was 20+ years ago, I'm still here!!!! I'm a boring 41 year old now, 300 miles from home, alone apart from my pets, a peaceful existence! Weight training and sleep Trust no one, no friends or family, a lone wolf!!!! My advice "don't be this person this tunes aimed at, when you get to the end of that mad road, it's just you alone!". Aim for a career!!! Do better than your betters and don't let no one stand in your way!!! in modern times life's harder than it was for me back in the day!! no matter who tells you u can't, puts you down, stands in your way, sweep them aside and do well so that your children never have struggle the way you are now!!! this song touched my heart when my dog was diognosed with a serious illness and it was the first song i heard when i got in the car after being told the news. Now some years late i find it has new meaning for me after losing my mum earlier this year in may. It came as a shock and i don't know if she knew i was there to say good bye. I had to drive 8 hours to get to the hospital and had already driven 4 hours earlier that morning. I miss her more and more as time goes by
