- Most of my jewelry pieces start as drawings in my sketchbooks, Some are very precise, some are concepts that I then turn into actual jewelry pieces. Today I want to show you my take on "sketchbook flip through", by comparing finished pieces with their designs!

These are so, so pretty! 😍 i especially love the pieces where you play with texture even more, like the little raised flowers and polished raised silver elements over the blackened backgrounds. It’s super cool to see the drawings vs final piece - so magical!

I think the butterfly ring is my favourite piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen. I’m a budding jeweler so I began following you for inspiration, never have I ever wanted to directly copy a piece of work so bad 😫 but I won’t of course! I’ll just wait until I can ask for it for a birthday and Christmas present 😋
The way you photograph the pink and purple ring with the same scenery just gave me that “wow” moment when I first saw the ring. You’re so talented it’s unreal 😭

How do you get that beautiful black backround on your pieces? I have been using liver of sulfur, but its not nearly that dark in the end, so I don't get that grand effect.

Dziękuję ogromnie! To bardzo miłe ❤️ Hahaha, ja też mam jeszcze długą drogę przed sobą! Ale to, co obecnie potrafię, jest wystarczające do projektów biżuteryjnych. Podziwiam natomiast te hiper dokładne i realistyczne rysunki projektowe profesjonalnych jubilerów, często są w formacie 1:1 i oni nawet kamienie i brylanty rysują dokładnie! Bardzo imponujące 😀

Your jewelry is so romantical and whimsical❤ Are you using a granulation technique on a few of those pieces (I am a super novice and also a newer subscriber. I've been trying to identify various techniques as I see them). Its so fascinating to someone's vision come alive. Thanks for sharing!!
You're right! I did use some simple granulation. It produces interesting effects, I really like it. Exited for you to learn more about these techniques! And thank you so much for watching and your kind words, they mean a lot 🙏🌺
I would love to see tutorials for some of these! What is the technique called to make those pieces with the polished and patina portions (e.g light and darkened silver areas on one piece of metal)? Is that silver you cast?
It's not cast, everything has been cou out of the silver sheet and wire :) Then, after everything is soldered together and polished, as the last step I use patina to darken some areas. As for the tutorials, I won't be sharing how to make my own designs, as I don't want them to be copied. I hope you understand. These are my personal projects and work that I sell 🙏

Thank you so much, Karolien! Oh I absolutely do have an ugly sketchbook 😃 Ugly pages actually, and then I make the final drawing after all is planed :)
I'm just curious, what tool do you use for engraving?
Do you have a video, or will make a video on the ways you keep yourself safe from any toxicity from making jewelry, like I know the mask but is there anything else to consider.. safer products? Etc
Safer products most definitely (always read product description and the label and see if there's info about product's toxicity etc). Apart from a good mask with filters you can use a ventilating system. This can be something momemade and simple or bought. The ones you can buy have different prices. I'm in the process of learning about the ventilating system myself and how to set one up in my workshop :)
