Be careful how you interpret hadiths though my friend I do think it’s something like that but I think god has other ways of allowing satan to reach us. One is mentioned in the Quran as you stated but it doesn’t necessarily mean it will always be through the blood. In fact he may not be in your blood at all it’s a metaphor for how close he is to you when he whispers to your soul
