    That’s weird that the SIM card from Walmart didn’t work for you. I bought the sim kit from Walmart and used the nano sim that came with the kit and my phone has worked great. I agree with you. From my personal experience Verizon can’t be beat in reliability and coverage.

    Just because cricket (AT&T) is bad for you doesn't mean it will be bad for somebody else far away from you.

      I agree with you about that. It all depends on the area you live in.

      I have had Cricket for 3 years now. Absolutely great service. 4 phone lines unlimited for $ 100 a month

    I'm going back to Verizon. I had their prepaid in 2016 for a bit. Then carrier hopped and had a contract for 6 months. Left cause it was too much money then carrier hopped again and I'm going back next month to prepaid

    As a customer of Verizon they have good service but they are also expensive at times and that because I am on post pay plan

      I had a post pay contract I was paying 113 a month. I'm switching to their prepaid next month. T mobile has been a hassle and my town has a Verizon so if I have issues I just can walk into a store

    No complaint on verizon. Good service 👍. I'm on cricket now. I got my family on the 5 lines for 125 a month on cricket. Unlimited talk text data.

    Yeah verizon is far superior. Dont ever switch to cricket. They charged me for a non existent 3rd line for years and wont reimburse me despite there not even being a phone connected to the line. I spent hours with customer service and they eventually just started hanging up and ignoring my calls! Yes, ignoring them! Ill wait on hold and as soon as it connects they disconnect immediately. This happened 4 times in a row after being hung up on multiple times. Do not use cricket! They charged me more than i would have paid with any other carrier, even verizon, and my service has always been somewhat bad and has gotten muuuch worse recently despite’s living in mesa, which is supposed to be one of cricket’s best areas.... they charged me 102-108$ per month for 2 lines and a hotspot for 2 years. The reason it was so expensive was because they were charging me for an entirely fictional (3rd) phone line, also for 2 roughly years, and refuse to even give me store credit for the money they stole! Theres no excuse for their business practices. Look them up on better business bureau and see for yourself. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Literally anywhere else is better than cricket!
    Ps: if anyone from cricket is reading this, i can waste a WHOLE lot of your paid customer service hours, or you can do the right thing and give me what you stole! I can promise you that if people knew how bad your customer service really was, you’d lose a hell of a lot more money that what you owe me! Just be an honest company for god sakes! Your customer service reps even knew it was wrong!

  • @donpjacobs

    I have not had any slow down on my cricket wireless speed. Stays at about 8.5mbps. Glad verizon works for you. Cricket at $55 for truly unlimited data with no slow downs is still working great in Indiana.

      Cricket in my area was just not reliable enough and in certain states (Maine) just non-existent.

      I've been with cricket for a few years. For the past six months the data speed had slowed to a crawl. I finally got around to switching to straight talk and the speed of the data is at a minimum 16 gbps.

    What did they say was wrong with the SIM card from Walmart

    • @MillennialReview
      @MillennialReview  7 лет назад +1

      It was not correct for my particular iPhone. I am guessing it had something to do with the iPhone having originated from T-Mobile a few years ago and now that it is "Unlocked" I expect it just needed something different from the normal phones.

      Millennial Review they're actually just fucked up they send you a sim automatically no sims work on the ground unless you go in to a store.

    Hey Millennial Review, Did you have any issues with transferring your phone number from Cricket to Verizon or was it just instant on the transfer?

  • @silverindeed2406
    @silverindeed2406 7 лет назад

    To port your phone number from cricket did you have to call verizon and say you want to keep your number or what? Because I want to switch from metro to verizon prepaid. Thanks

    • @MillennialReview
      @MillennialReview  7 лет назад +3

      When you order the kit, or purchase it in the store you just need to be sure that you purchase the "Bring your own phone" kit, and when you go to activate the sim card Verizon will automatically port your phone number

    if I owe verizon money from a contract a couple of years ago, would I still be able to get verizon prepaid??

    • @loveableemarie20
      @loveableemarie20 6 лет назад

      Aaron A. Lopez yes because you’re not having your credit re ran you just give your number (if you choose to keep it) or get a new number and if you are doing a BYOD (bring your own device) pretty much just pay the first months bill and taxes included but it depends on your store if they waive the activation fee.
