- Hello everyone, Welcome to LivingTheSilverLifeHomeAndGarden, I'm Edyth. In today's video I want to show you a few of the things I am doing in my garden and how I deal with my silver life challenges. I plant most of the things myself, but my husband who is never on camera does the heavy lifting. I have what I call a gardening chair. That simply means I use one of my old patio chairs to sit in and plant, weed, or make containers for my garden. I have planted several containers to begin my gardening season. We have had some much needed rain so everything looks thoroughly soaked because it is. I hope you enjoy the video and please consider subscribing to the channel. Hey Sandy, my soil is an experiment. I used coco coir and some other things to turbo charge my old soil to save money. I'm going to make a video to show how I did it. The coco coir is supposed to help hold 💧 These Texas droughts are a beast😆🥰

Hi Edith, gardening is very therapeutic, I can tell you enjoy it so much. I also love my geraniums, I used to have the most gorgeous pots of coleuses years ago when we were in New York. I love all the beautiful lilies and I noticed you even have some flowers in an umbrella, very creative, let nothing go to waste. Tfs. Xoxo
The umbrella is actually a galvanized planter I ordered online. I think I ordered it from Wal Mart. It is kind of expensive, but I've been wanting one for years, and I ordered it. I might have ordered it from Amazon. I ordered before Spring began at the place that charged the least. Thank you for watching 🌺🌴🥰
