1. Public Hearing on a renewal application for a Special Amusement Permit for Live Entertainment for Sonder & Dram, 12 Ash Street.
2. Public Hearing on a new application for a Special Amusement Permit for Live Entertainment for El Pochos Mexican Grill, 97 Lisbon Street.
3. Public Hearing on a renewal application for a Special Amusement Permit for Live Entertainment for Melissa’s Pub & Grill, 675 Main Street.
+3B. Public Hearing for approval of an Outdoor Entertainment Permit for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
4. Public Hearing and Final Passage to amend the Business License Ordinance for the licensing of homeless shelters.
5. Public Hearing and First Passage for an amendment to the Zoning and Land Use Code, Article II, Definitions for consolidation and reorganization of definitions, and addition of definitions for terms used within the ordinance but previously undefined.
6. Public Hearing and First Passage for an amendment to the Zoning and Land Use Code, Article V, Administration and Enforcement to clarify language and streamline processes.
