Great video Cole. This is one of the best explanation and demonstration of how AC balance effects the cleaning action of the arc. I have found with pulse settings, you can sometimes use a "lay wire" technique where you just keep the filler rod in the joint and advance the torch a little with each pulse. Also, I notice you are using the auto darkening Yeswelder hood. I was wondering if you have experienced any arc flashing on low amperage DC TIG welding. I have read some reports of this happening.
