Although I have taught college for over 22 years, I never took anatomy or chemistry. Your explanation was so incredible that I could not help but admires your teaching technique. Everything was explained as needed, the diagram was superb, the descriptions neither too short or too long that even a simpleton could have learned what most people think of a simple process. My complete respect to you.
I give you the credit for being the best teacher on this earth.i Wish you were my teacher from secondary . you have actually made physiology the simplest subject for me
This was great, I've been looking for "what are the home remedies for hard erection?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Meyylan Konophia Theorem - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got cool success with it.
Meeting you Dr igho channel on RUclips is like meeting GOD himself because, what you did in my life is what no other doctor can't do. Thank you for Dr Igho, for helping me Enlarge my penis naturally, you are a life saver may God bless you
Videos like this are some people don't speak upon that often, I love the knowledge and like I say the more we understand our bodies and the way it functions the more we'll be prepared to tackle a bodily issue with less worry such as Ed for men for example
Excellent video - one point though, downstream of the NO pathway - a decrease in intracellular calcium results in smooth muscle cell relaxation (not potassium egress)
Dude. It means that hyperpolarization of the smooth muscle. It’s relationship between muscle and nerve. Your mean is concluding of the hyperpolarization process. He was conscious.
Simply brilliant, thank you soooo much for your videos! You make this appear and sound so easy in a super fun way, never boring! Love it! You are the best my friend 👍🏼
Love your videos! A couple nitpicky points: corpora cavernosa = plural; Corporus cavernosum = singular. Corpus spongiosum is always used because there's only one. Pelvic nerve? That would be the pudendal nerve. All in all, fantastic video - as usual.
great explanation, this is what i call teaching masterclass and fabulous , thanks ninja nerd for clearing my doubts . the video was way too interesting
I LOVE YOU DUDE! I was injured in this area and it seems there is a lack of norepinephrine and maybe also acetylcholine. You give me hope, at least in understanding... I hope there is a fix for the deficiency.
Dude, why did you leave out prostate? It is kinda vital there. 1/3 of fluids is prostatic fluids. It also contracts. It has nothing to do with erection, but it liquifies the sperm as well as nourishing and protecting it. Super cool video! I actually got why corpora spongiosum is there. and the whole nervous system response! Awesome!
Thank u for helping 😍😍😍😍😍... i hope if u would continue and go one with this channel...so sad that u will pause for a long while...but anyway, thank u for what u have helped us with so far...bless you
Thank you very very much Ninja Nerd! Your explanation is the first ever seen , describing in so much details all the process and all the parts os the body, including both systems interactivating into this process. So brillantly explained and specifically detailed. Simple but everything you explained widely undertandable for all men, women and youngers of mthe universe. I hope all people all over the world, non-regarding religious or that kind of false informations being, are going to look, see and experiment yours explanations. Terrific and realistic!...BRAVO! and Good luck to you. Thank you so much again! 👍👍🌹🌹✌✌👌👌💕💕💋💋
OK. I have a question. It seems to me that bulbospongiosus is the key element contributing to the degree of ejection power. If so, could you please explain why some people sometimes could shoot while they just leak other times during climax? Does it indicate that bulbospongiosus functions differently under different conditions? If so, what conditions would cause a stronger power, and what would cause a weak one for bulbospongiosus. Thank you in advance!
Thanks for each and every video you have posted as yet. Been spending more time with you( via you tube) than my boyfriend as it’s the examination time here in Aus.
I have anterior pelvic tilt. Would the abnormal pressure on the spine cause premature ejaculation? Is it possible that stressed/pulled lumbar/sacral regions of the spinal cord can cause disruption of the sympathetic nervous system leading to very early emission?
Thanks a lot sir, i'm from bangladesh, and struggling to understand medical embryplogy cause things are little conservative here, thanks for your easily understable class ❤❤❤
Great instruction!!! Fun Quotes (9:47) "so for those of you who can't get that sucka up..."; (10:57) "...Okay, this guy's had enough fun for today..." LOL
The bulbospongiosus muscle is not the only thing that provides pleasure. It is the release of hormones like oxytocin and dopamine and the stimulation of nerves sending signals of pleasure to the brain as well.
This is very good. But I don't understand why after a prostate removal that my bladder internal spincter fails to hold urine yet during sex shuts off at the very beginning of arousal therefore I do not uraninite or dribble during foreplay or into my partner .Why does it work for one duty and not the other??
As far as I know, it's far more complicated than that. There are a alot of nerves and blood vessels in that area so that, when you remove the prostate, many of them get damaged. I believe it has a lot to do with that, it effects your ability to hold urine and even to keep a normal erection.

Prof Zach deserves a noble price. Dude really goes to the minute things and really explains well than professors in school.

Had to see several videos before finding this one. It actually was more than I wanted. Thanks and greetings from India. God bless you.
I had no idea how complicated this is! I took some anatomy classes back in the 2000’s but it wasn’t as in depth as this! Wow! Very interesting!
Meeting you Dr igho channel on RUclips is like meeting GOD himself because, what you did in my life is what no other doctor can't do. Thank you for Dr Igho, for helping me Enlarge my penis naturally, you are a life saver may God bless you
I wish we had health teachers like this that would teach us about human anatomy.
I dont have any word to describe just how perfect your lectures are. ❤❤❤

Brilliantly explained in very detailed format. 👍🏽
Excellent video - one point though, downstream of the NO pathway - a decrease in intracellular calcium results in smooth muscle cell relaxation (not potassium egress)
Excellent presentation

This information is so hard to find online! Thank you for explaining the process from start to finish.
Simply brilliant, thank you soooo much for your videos! You make this appear and sound so easy in a super fun way, never boring! Love it! You are the best my friend 👍🏼
The best illustrator ever!
So two people recommended this guy to me and I am regretting not exploring this guy despite being recommended.
Lessons learnt though.
Super informative without being too technical

Pelvic splanchnic nerve / Nervi erigentes
Actually the the singular of corpora cavernosa would be corpus cavernosum :-)
Very underrated channel, great videos, thank you very much
Very clear and simple explanation sir ,,God bless you

Zach have you ever done a post prostate recovery video? You make the details interesting. Thanks
Excellent lecture Sir. Thanks a lot

You are actually an amazing teacher
Crystal clear explanations. Thanks a ton!

Super cool video! I actually got why corpora spongiosum is there. and the whole nervous system response! Awesome!
Would agree totally. Having had prostate cancer and my prostate removed, i know nothing happens much afterwards.
Seminal Gland + Bulbourethral Gland + Prostate Gland = Seminal fluid for sperm to swim in
That's right
Excellent presentation. I love your down to earth explanation
Well and fully understood..
Good efforts..
Thank u for helping 😍😍😍😍😍... i hope if u would continue and go one with this channel...so sad that u will pause for a long while...but anyway, thank u for what u have helped us with so far...bless you

Feeling like the time spilling through my fingers all the time I try to capture every minute…
I almost fell asleep during you explaining this exiting topic.
The bulbospongiosus muscle is not the only thing that provides pleasure. It is the release of hormones like oxytocin and dopamine and the stimulation of nerves sending signals of pleasure to the brain as well.
the best teacher❤❤❤
how about the prostate innervation. I think you forgot
Great video!
Great work done continued hard God bless you... Thanks my big bruh.
Great!
What's a parasympathetic nervous system?
What about coupers gland?
Awesome video, thank you!
Wish you would add an addendum about external urethral sphincter and how it relaxes during ejaculation and where exactly it is located in the penis ?
Beautiful informative video.
I hope there's a live model for this
Very very nice explanation
So its literally ejaculation is kinda similar to micturition?
Dr Murphy thank you so much ❤
Thank you Prof..
Does this implies that the duration for erection is involuntary and uncontrolled?
Learned something new today. Thanks!
You are very good. A good teacher -explaining well.
you are very passionate about teaching! keep it up!
Whenever erectile dysfunction patient take sildenafil
His corpora cavernosa : 💥🕺🏻☄️☄️
Absolutely incredible lesson! Wow! 🤯
The best teacher!
Are the parasympathetic nerve roots T12-L2 and sympathetic S2-S4, or other way round?
This is very good. But I don't understand why after a prostate removal that my bladder internal spincter fails to hold urine yet during sex shuts off at the very beginning of arousal therefore I do not uraninite or dribble during foreplay or into my partner .Why does it work for one duty and not the other??

What does it mean when you are at the end of sex but its just dripping out and doesn't feel the best or as good as it should
Great explanation!
