    The input is your intention, the output its the mind. You cant control the output, dont judge it negatively. But be joyful of your intention. Its not about controlling the mind, its about educate it, create the right mental habits.

    I would like to understand what is a meditation objective. Is it different for each individual? What it could be for me?

      Get his book ... The Illuminated Mind. Meditation is very well explained there.

      In the book, the meditation object they most often reference is the sensations arising from the breath. Specifically, the sensations of your nose and face as you breath naturally. The object can be anything, and one of the goals is learning to direct the focus of your attention in a way that is indifferent to the subject matter of the object.
