I’m a high school runner and last year I had the vem 16s. They were amazing. I got a little more than 500 miles into them before my mom wanted to get me new shoes. I ended up getting the pegs and so far they are my favorite. The vems started to really feel worn down after the 500 mile mark but besides that they were perfect in every way
Hi. Should I get the next nature Pegasus or the vomero 16? Both have the same price. Which one would you recommend especially for running? Comfort wss.🙏🙏🙏
Great video! Can you do a knock-out series for this? (Daily trainers, Supershoes, Max cushion, etc.)… it would be a good set-up for year-end best of the year. LIke Peg 39 knocks out Vomero 16, Novablast 3 knocks out Peg 39, etc.
Nice helpful review. Went from the vomero 14 (best running shoe I have used) to vomero 16 . I found the vomero 16 forefront too wide and it was wreaking my forefoot. Had to abandon it as a running shoe and just using it a casual shoe now (its great for that) and revert back to the 14s while i search for a new running shoe.
Vomero excellent for wide feet 👍🏻 it is a shoe for old people so it's for me.. Boring and comfortable. I especially enjoy them on long walks and running off road. They seem to last forever. I got the 15 and not the 16 because the upper in the 15 is much thinner and good for the summer. Because of the very thin tongue on the 15 I went down half a size with super thin socks or barefoot which is a joy in the Vomero. I don't use the Vomero for recovery. The air pods in the forefoot are to snappy and make you run faster than planned.. I agree that the Vomero is much more expensive but they do seem to last forever.. 🙄
Great comparison. Just a suggestion though camera can be more of the shoes less of your face. No idea what the shoe looks like since you have been swinging them for the whole vid.
I try both! Pegasus was softer but bigger! Like is given to me more cushin and less vibrations. Vomero yes is closer to the ground a little bit harder! But please tell me, for marathons 42.2 kmh which is better;
Have been running on both but can't really decide to order a new one. What would be the best model in your opinion for my easy runs aswell as throwing some interval sessions in between these runs? Also kind of as my travel shoe as i can't always bring my race, tempo, easy shoe and all with me
Still curious about the Vomero and haven’t had the chance to run in it yet. Could you say the Vomero compares to the Infinity run as the (Saucony) Triumph compares to the Endorphin Shift?
I bought both recently on sale. Both in 8 and peg feels tight I need to size up. But was checking reviews as to which I may return. Great review thank you
I have 450km in my Vomero 15 and the traction pattern has only worn down a bit, midsole still feels fine. Btw, I finally bought a Deviate Elite! It was quite cheap as well - 140€ with discount code.
@@fauxtek Holy moly! I went to check the history of the Pegs and found out that the air units have been in the Pegs since 1983. I have new found respect for this line of shoes.
@@dr22w yes, I had the Tailwind 40 years ago and it was the prototype for the Pegasus. I had most of the Pegasus for about 35 years but in number 37 onwards they became very tight in the forefoot and very low toebox. Actually the 32 was the last Pegasus that had good fit. I think the 39 is probably a better shoe but the Vomero were always the model for people with the wider foot. As far as I recall they used to be priced quite similarly.
Yeah, it's amazing that they have kept it going so long, except for a 1-2 year gap sometime in the 90s (I forget when). It's probably more amazing that Nike Air and Zoom Air are still relevant!

I always thought the zoomx foam was more softer while the react foam was more on thr sturdy side.
Found Vom 16 more soft and cushiony compared to Peg 39.
Makes sense tbh! Thanks for your feedback

How about all day wear bro vomoro 16 ?
@@uveyabla vomero is softer shoe. For all day Asics Nimbus is better
@muslimmalik8884 I wear this for all day sitting, walking or standing jobs and its fine. For too much walking and standing Nimbus is better.

Snappy would have been a good word for them yes!! 👌🏻
Too bad they moved away from the awesome lively design of the vomero 14s!
Vomero is known for their cushion. No doubt about it!
Which has more cushion, Nike Men's Air Zoom Vomero 16 or Nike Men's React Infinity Run Flyknit 3?
Video wasn't informative, but im glad some one made a content on this!
Love the ride of the vomero just I can not get along with the grip on wet surfaces in the vomero. But seems only I have that issue
I do have the same problem with you too
@joeyawiki3315 yeah terrible grip
what would be better for sprint training
Which one is should buy for all day wear not a runner just want sup comfy shoe
Which one better vomero vs pegusus
which is better for face pace walking?

Which is best pegasus 39 vs pegasus shield 39 vs nike Vamero 16 for running, comport quality plz inform.

Vomero 16 is a masterpiece.
🙌🏻🙌🏻
Only negative is that they are perhaps the ugliest shoes Nike have ever released. The main reason Peg outsell Vomero 10-1.
@@mathieudube6907they look ugly from the top but beautiful from the sideview
@@mathieudube6907 Umm.. I'm sorry but I fell in love on the first sight...

Which one has more energy return? Which one would be better for running and jump rope?
I’d argue it’s the Pegasus!
@@AlexFilitti thanks ♥

Possible review of the ASIC Cumulus 24 and Ride 15
Different foams, right?
Im a size 11 wide footed. Should i go down half a size in vomero 16?
No I'd go TTS - hope this helps :)
Vomero 16 or Pegasus 39 for daily walk for people age 50 above ?
Vomero
Is the Peg 39 shorter than the 38?

Do a video with Nike Pegasus 40 vs Puma deviatate nitro
No doubt, Vomero 16.
1:55 strange, as nike says vomero was always more cushy than peg
Just subscribed.
any news about the vomero 17? **--**
No
@@AlexFilitti thanks :D
peg better than the vomero
Pegasus should just ditch the air-pods and replace them with ZoomX.
I love the air pod in the Vomero forefoot. Give excellent energy return.
Then it wouldn't be a Peg...since the model's inception, it's always been a reasonably priced, mid-level tech, workhorse daily trainer with an airbag.
