Very useful video for people who want to understand the construction of the all-on-4.
So helpful to have a visual reference. Thank you!
Visuals definitely help me understand as well! Glad to help☺️
such a helpful video! looking forward for more :)
So glad! 😊 More is definitely coming!
That was very interesting. So, is it possible a denture could crack or break with an improper angle, like when chewing food and constantly biting down?
Thanks for sharing!!!
This definitely happed to me with the lower prosthesis. I complained about it immediately & they even had the guy from the lab that designed the prosthesis come speak to me & he told me that I sound normal. All the access holes come out through the teeth, but there is still a little bulk on the inside on the lower piece that prevents my tongue from moving in a smooth motion. I assume this is to make the prosthesis thick so the chance of it breaking under stress is minimal. I've listened to recordings of myself & I can faintly hear the speech impediment, but it absolutely affects how I speak. I sometimes stop at a word because it feels like my tongue is stuck under the bulge, but when I get the word out & listen to my voice recording, its not that bad. It just feels weird.
Great Video by the way Dr Choi

Now do you do uppers and lowers can you get ahold of me to do my uppers and lowers
So dr. I am saving up for 7:07 4x 4. Your thoughts on going to my local dentist getting my teeth pulled and getting dentures :( until I can get a permanent solution at NTX

Can you still get a MRI with an all in 4?
???
@halcoates1101 I asked the question because I noticed the "metal" screws. We can still get a MRI with metal fillings to fill our cavities, but was their enough metal to affect the MRI imaging. I'm just curious because I require regular MRI because of a sarcoma that was removed and needs to be checked in on in case of reoccurrence.
@@ryanm7171implants are made from non magnetic metals like titanium, so yes, you can have an MRI of your brain done if needed or go through a metal detector without triggering it.
