Alginate impressions made perfect !

Almost as hotly anticipated as the world cup finals for some reason, here's how I make an alginate impression accurately. So many of you agreed with this technique while the rest of you grabbed your pitchforks in anger. Guys - Make impressions, not war!
Notice the dollop of alginate that suddenly appeared in my left hand? Where did it come from? Geniuses comment below please!
