    Egyptian Fattah is a unique celebratory dish that is bursting with flavour. Succulent tender meat is served with a mixture of rice and bread flavoured with stock and a tangy vinegar garlic sauce. This dish is served at major occasions across Egypt as the centrepiece.

My dad cooked too fast when I was growing up so its hard to make his ورق العنب recipe but I will check out your video on that. الف شكرا!

      Hi Daria, I did use the shoulder part. But you can use any part. Hope you cook this dish and let me know how it did go.
