So she lost 400 mana from COD but her mana growth per level will be +50 higher . So from 1to 15 level she will get 50×14=700 mana ( which is basically+300 mana at late game if we consider the lost ammount from Cod) . I do not think its a big deal , sure you'll have more mana at max level but at what cost ? Lower second skill dmg in early game . Cecilion on the other hand not only got adjusted for the Cod chnages but also got mana from the new Wishing Lantern that gives now 400 mana. So 400 from Wishing Lantern and 400 from Cod
I think this is a good buff for her. Her early game gets worse, but she is less dependent on items and emblems to get flat mana and mana regen. She can drop common emblem/ impure rage/ dominance ice for other emblem/ talent/ item. Alice just need to get to level 8 to get back the 400 mana that CoD lost. Moonton cannot buff her too much because they already tease us with Alice revamp
They should make Alice from Mage /Tank to Tank/Mage so she can utilize Thunderbelt without penalty like Esmeralda and get her Defensive Attributes increased per level as a Tank and not as a Mage.
She was literally a Tank/Mage before Thunderbelt revamp. They turned her into Mage/Tank becausr Thunderbelt revamp. I guess they dont wanna make Alice a decent hero.

The rest is situational. I got winstreak playing her with this build.
And also dont forget. She can easily upgrade her ultimate now without worrying about her mana.

if they give alice 100% spell vamp ratio ill be satisfied

you can try wishing lantern on alice too.. the damage was very good, while you can just take defends item for the rest slot

Nah, actually, it was more like a buff. I got 3100 mana even if there is only CoD purchased.
After the update, my gameplay was still just the same. Decreased the mana on COD but increases her mana regen.
