Does the firm accept civil orders for the construction of a yacht?

I contacted them and asked the same question:
What I found out:
You can purchase one without weapon systems at a cost of 9 Million USD per unit.
Then you can go to a super yacht shipyard and let them do the interior work ( another 1-3 million USD)
So all in all it is about half the price of a new 40m yacht from a super yacht shipyard like Benetti or San Lorenzo.
