Depressed its a compliment of what I am right now, only music and my childhood heroes can lift me up everyday but sometimes I feel like im a shadow in the POV of someone else
Same for me man. Jus got diagnosed with severe anxiety an they already got me on meds. But they help. I'm so glad they help. They also said I had sum like unipolar depression and bipolar depression. You ain't alone in feelin like that. Especially feelin like you're in the head of someone else, or someone else is in yours.

The sound has a sort of funky upbeat yet melancholy feel, almost like overcoming a traumatic event in life. You still feel a shred of sadness towards what happened but feel excited in overcoming it.

Dissociation possibly, or your philosophy is existential nihilism, or both, dissociation is a symptom of and nihilists commonly have depression actually. I have had clinical depression since I was 10 but I have felt nothing since I was 14 after some trauma I experienced. If this has been going on for a long time I recommend going to a psychiatrist, I don't go to therapy but I found that it was good to talk to a psychiatrist to at least understand what's going on in your brain. I've been stuck emotionless for a long time and it sometimes does go away, but typically for me I'll have emotion for like 2 weeks or a month and then it just goes away again and I become unempathetic, and uncaring. I won't go too in depth in yt comments so there's not just a block of text but if you want to vent or have any other questions you can message me on discord (Vanilla#3515), always willing to listen : )
