Well sure but the x50 has an IPS screen, side-mounted fingerprint, 6GB of RAM (at its cheapest), Realme UI, still no headphone jack or SD card slot. So at least on paper, the X50 is more average than the Nord at a $50 difference, which makes sense.
They should have get rid of the macro cam and secondary front facing cam in order to focus on their main camera setup and improved its quality. Oh and a 3,5mm jack would have been nice too. Otherwise its a really great phone with nicely balanced specs and a great user experience
No headphone jack and SD slot, only 2 really "usable" cameras, a pill shape hole, this phone is not what I was hoping... Not to mention it was overhyped by OP. At least Oxygen OS is good and battery life is OK...

@@Seal__ Nord can't keep the same performance more than 2 years. Also Pixel is a way better, and I would prefer having a good phone for 2 years, then I can upgrade. Also, Nord can't use 90 hz on games like Realme. This phone is just overrated garbage.
I can get the 256gb S10e model for the same price as the Nord.. and the camera, lack of headphone jack, no IP68 and no stereo are really a bummer. I'm going for the S10e. I don't need that much more from a phone anyway.
I dunno what people are talking about, the only real contenders to this phone are either the realme x50 5g or the pixel 4a and in my option they both lack against the nord. I mean hear me out, pixel's got the best camera in the game no doubt, but other than what does it really have going for it? , and the realme is cheaper at like 50-100 USD less, but if you really dive in the specs you'll see that they have cut wayyy more corners than oneplus did, like the selfie cam, ois, dual flash, there's even a problem with some language support on most retailers, not to mention the oxygen OS which clearly is the superior OS in most people's option. So don't tell me that the nord isn't worth buying. Also I just ordered one ☺
Thought-out conclusion! I would dig this phone even more if it was smaller. I think the phone strikes an appealing balance for tech oriented people who would prefer a big screen, but the general customer has other options too. I mean, just like mentioned in the conclusion, the lacking features might be appreciated like the telecam. Gamers is another group who most likely will be satisfied, but then again, if you only game, there is a cheaper alternative Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite, which has everything you need except 90 Hz refreshrate. I guess in the end everything comes down to that refreshrate and preferred OS; if you are super keen on those, Nord is the best choice. Certainly not worth the hype though I agree and I would still buy the more compact Huawei P30 any day for the same price. Slightly surprised by the camera quality at night though, but overall I like the similarly specced Mi 10 Lite camera better.

Baga review nebunule 😂
Watching this on one plus nord awsm phone go for it without any second thought
No expandable storage option? No problem! Buy the 256GB model.
No headphone jack? No problem! Buy the converter, or use wireless.
Don't like the camera quality? No problem! Sideload Pixel Camera (or GCam) or Camera FV-5 for much better results!
Is OnePlus moving away from the stock android experience with OxygenOS 11?
Does OxygenOS allow you to hide the notch in certain apps? I know this doesn’t work with Samsung phones, you can only turn it off for everything. The only time that I really mind the notch is when i’m watching widescreen video.
Yes
@@jakehudson6844 Thanks for that. :)
U could have suggested some options when u said shop around I felt
A critical Nord review?? Legends!!
Could you tell me some more about those other mid range phones that are better, I want the most bang for buck! ;)
Have a review who's better one plus nord or huawei nova 7 5G bro
How is the video recording bitrate?
I'm very confused about oneplus nord and oppo reno 4 pro , which one should i chose ? ( i'm not heavy gaming or photographing just a regular user ) ?
If you need/want oxygen OS go for Nord.
Does it have built in call recording feature?
The only reason I've not yet made decision between Nord and 4a is because GSMA haven't made a 4a video. Waiting for it.
Great
Review Google Pixel 4a too and compare with one plus nord
I bought the mi note 10 lite and your review really help out
How's the phone on a daily use? Like with some heavy gaming and charging etc
@@saudsaleem9128
Heavy gaming it struggles abit and day to day it is enough
Are you talking about the mi note 10 lite or the Nord?
@@IsakOnni
They have the same soc buddy
Oh, ok
Anyone saw the tweet by POCO where it says if you'd rather wait for a new POCO? I'm definitely waiting.
Finally someone who isn't paid to hype the fuck up about it. That's why you're my go to source for phone buying
One plus or lg v50 help me choose pls
So... What phone do you guys suggest to get sub 450€ price range? I need 3,5mm jack, decent camera setup and good batterylife?
Should I go for Xiaomi or Motorola or something else? Thanks for quite good review. 😊👍
@truth seeker thanks for recommendation. Unfortunately there is no Realme dealers in Finland currently. Realme 6 pro would probably be interesting option. 🤔 Are those Mediatek chips any good?
You could import a Realme
Probably the best feature of this phone is the OIS. That’s the only feature I will sorely miss in a midrange device.
ruclips.net/video/znZ3thJTfVQ/видео.html
is it available 5G
If you were to choose? Mi Note 10 Lite? Nord? Or Samsung A71? (You can suggest some midrange phones too) :)
the OP nord and the p30 are at the same price now in my country, what is better to get?
How can a manufacturer that produces expensive flagships, produce a flagship killer? It will end up cannibalising its own premium product. I have the Realme X2 pro. Now that's a real flagship killer.
Can you change the icons to be square instead of circle?
Yes in fact they use square with rounded edges as default once you update it. However this is very old phone now, I would recommend newer Nord 2T instead.
This phone is really nothing special: mediocre photos, mediocre audio and no jack.
yup. unfortunately is another ""marketing sales"" phone. Nothing more than a oppo reno 3 with a upgrade cpu and worst camera.
Oxygen os is better than other ui and his a overall phn talk about oppo reno 4 prices 35k and processor 720g 🤣🤣
It does everything fairly well. A clean and snappy UI and 2 years of promised updates is icing on the cake.
is there any other phone in this segment which has 5G capacity?
90 hz amoled refresh rate?
I definitely think not.
After a year or 2 when 5G rolls out,
Le Pixel customers- ahh sht, here we go again.
No expandable storage
No stereo speakers
No headphone jack
People are only only praising this phone because its one plus & it has oxygen os
Which phone is better oneplus nord vs 7t???
What are the flagship killers currently?
You guys do the best reviews of smartphones ever, thumbs up
This phone is good..in specs..but the price is very high in our region😢
Yeah Oneplus used to put out great value phones but since Oneplus 8 their phones have been way too overpriced, can literally get the same specs with half the price with Xiaomi
How’s this phone? Good speed ? Any hanging ?
Oneplus is always blazing fast! Unlike realme, xiaomi budget phone but rubbish.
To me the batterylife and OxygenOS is what makes it a Oneplus phone. I wish I could get a flagship oneplus 5.1 inch screen though. (please oneplus)
'Back to root' hype lol.. Just a midrange not flagship killer.
It's marketed as a midrange phone, not in any way a flagship.
And shitty cameras
@@dhirajgawande007 it really doesn't, I've had mine for 2 weeks and the main camera is actually pretty good
@@dhirajgawande007 main camera is pretty good
How is haptic feedback on this is it comparable to one plus 7t
It's ok - brief and not as satisfying as on my old Nexus 5X
I'm very confused between OnePlus Nord (8GB Ram + 128GB ROM) and OnePlus 7t (8GB Ram + 128GB ROM). Which one shall I go for? I usually don't change phone in 5 years. :-D I would appreciate your advice/opinion, please. Thank you!
One plus 7t
what is good these are
i want to take good photos and need good battery
vivo v19
vivo v20
oneplus nord
cant think which one buy,, if there are these model users tell me your phone experience these models good and bad....
my mind say take vivo19
Pixel- Better camera, and better speakers.
Nord- above 4k maH battery, 30watt fast charging, 765g (more than 20% faster than 730g), 5G, 90hz refresh rate.
After a year or 2 when 5G rolls out,
Pixel customers- ahh sht, here we go again.
Overhyped when announced under 400, lost hype when over 400.
Oh yeah, plus Pixel 4a that "accidentally" came
Gsm arena is the one place where i search for the phone specs before buying any of the phines .. thank you guys..
Buy one.12/256.. to try..have OnePlus 6T ... Think it is ok phone...only worry about processor, but have faith in their OS... Always good optimized...
Were the videos and pics shot in BG?
Thank for the greate video ,sorry can i have you name you my favorate from GSMarena group , what is other choise to get what is better than nord but not Nokia 8.3 and not Poco F2 Pro. Please give me an answer hope you see my comment ,and thank you againg for the awsome video💙💙💙
Oneplus nord is to average for me i would get the realme x50 5g
@@KICK839 na man the x50 5g is 350$
Well sure but the x50 has an IPS screen, side-mounted fingerprint, 6GB of RAM (at its cheapest), Realme UI, still no headphone jack or SD card slot.
Yea overall keeping my 7 pro.

@@Seal__ pixel cost 50 € less
@@poojarai8932 in india it's just opposite. 25k starting price and pixel maybe starting 30k in india.
If only this phone had expandable and 3.5 jack. Oneplus come on!!!
This is the only review that has a possitive feed back on the camera of the nord😁 just saying✌
one plus nord or xiaomi note 10 lite?
Why your reviews are so late?
Can someone tell me the name of game he is playing on the phone?
Injustice 2
I can get the 256gb S10e model for the same price as the Nord.. and the camera, lack of headphone jack, no IP68 and no stereo are really a bummer.
I'm going for the S10e. I don't need that much more from a phone anyway.
This first review I've watched/read that hasn't shot down the 2-megapixel macro camera.
Which is best for long time using onplus Nord vs onplus 8 I have 40k budget
OnePlus 8, obviously.
which is the phone that he would recommend then if this isnt that great...
No led notification?
1:30 eyes watching us on oneplus screen lol
Actually one of the best reviews available out here
What phone would you propose instead.?
Wow.. I hope you can feature also the UMIDIGI A7 Pro by its quality, camera, performance, etc.😊😊
K30 ultra: I'm about to end this smartphone's whole carrier
Pocophone F1 is the same price but much better tho..
With MiUI? No thanks
Curious what country the GSM peeps are in.
how much ? here in the Philippines
Can you compare google pixel 4a and nord
i realy appreciate ur review in every brand hope u will review the xioami black shark 3..more thanks
Redmi K30 5g is better choice for pocket
Same hardware and newer camera Sony Imx 686
love your videos. Keep em coming
Better Xiaomi mi Note 10 lite, Samsung Galaxy S10 lite and Moto One fusion plus
It's the balance of this phone that works for (boring people like) me
