I like how everyone is saying she is lip syncing when the truth is this woman is that amazingly talented, how the record sounds is how shes sounds live. Shes not like all this other people who are entertainers and cant sing their own songs for anything. Celine is one of the last few great SINGERS left in the world. All "artists: today are just entertainers where she actually has talent and can sing.Yeah shes human shes gonna have her off days but more then any other artist she ca sing beautiful and perfectly practically every time. You guys are so used to Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Rihanna, and Britney who cant sing OR show why they deserve their fame when it's time to put up.
People sometimes can't compare her voice while she sang in really live or recording because her voice sometimes even better in live concer then in the recording.. she prove that she is a great singger
Pretty sure it’s not lipped. There are many flat notes, at one point she just stopped singing for a line, and came back in, and her voice cracked a couple times towards the end. I think it’s just a brilliant performance!
Alex Bodi Idk her voice sounds pretty thin at some spots, and there are a few flat and sharp notes like how it’s a little sharp at 2:47, there are a few imperfections. But who knows if it’s live or not without confirmation that there’s at least one other performance with the same playback track!? There isn’t even a visual confirmation for this video.

No they aren’t. They are both lipped, the 2007 one is audio dubbed a little bit. The ending is live though.
