Comment bien préparer sa peau au soleil ?

Il y a une autre solution pour éviter ou limiter les coups de soleil: préparer sa peau. c’est ce que promettent les gélules que l’on trouve dans le commerce. Que contiennent-elles, sont-elles efficaces et y a-t-il des alternatives plus naturelles pour préparer sa peau ?
