I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety/depression and with Maharaj's kirpa I found this Katha. Listening to this and other related videos on the channel brings peace and give hope.
Today after many years of my depression anxiety I have been able to understand the reason why this has been happening. This was so helpful to really make me understand how to control the mind and not to be controlled by it.
