I run the BRS 4" media cup, lid, and adapter ring filled with Fluval's "pre filter" ceramic media in a Fiji12 gen1 sump Reef Octopus 110SSS picks up the heavy weight.

I run a 150g "eco-system" the only filtration is in the tank, the cycle happens in the rock coral macro etc... that is in the tank. NO external "filter" Of course we know the tank itself is the filter. The "eco-system" must be in balance. I do 10% water changes bi-weekly.
