healing x100 times won't do sh1t in a fight :/ i.e. if you get a small cut, that heals in 10 days (240 h) it's still 2.4 hours...

Healing 100x faster could be a disadvantage. What if he breaks his arm? It would heal before he could get it re-set, so he would have a permanently bent arm for the rest of his life.

Adam Mullarkey well if we are going to be nit picky and pedantic about it...
It takes according to google for a forearm break 3-6 months to heal. So if we are taking the wording literally in that he feels “100 times faster” then normal. A broken forearm would take assuming my math is right (for simplicity I’m saying a month is 30 days)
A broken forearm would heel between 21.6 hours - 2 days ish
So you could have enough time to set your arm. Plus that 3-6 month only really applies if they seek medical attention. He’s still going to need to take anti-inflammatories and painkillers I would assume?
Plus if you heal that fast you could just break your arm again and re set it properly.
Again if we took the wording for what it is. The one flaw that he still heals like a human being thus has the same limitations. So if he lost his arm completely he would’t grow another one as it doesn’t state his powers are regenerative (unless that just assumed)
Which leads in a way still makes him just as vulnerable as a normal person as there are parts of your body when damaged don’t heal. If he is shot in the head then he will just die. Simply because 1. Thats not something you can just heal from and 2 his powers wouldn’t be fast enough to actually react assuming they are regenerative. If
