Favorite exercises: sleds pushes and sled pulls both are easier on the joints than most lower body exercises. Also we spend so much time training the muscles that propel us forward while walking but very little time on the ones that allow us to move backwards.

Totally agree with you on the leg curls! I used to do them for warm ups for leg day. However, the exercise I found that does even better is backwards sled pulls. Great burn and I feel that it is way more functional and it woks the legs unilaterally.

Favorite exercise: Any Squat variation - Usually I focus on different Squat techniques like pause squats, front squats and most importantly back squats to really workout my legs. Some form of Squats are always on my program - if not I usually squeeze it in. Least favorite exercise - Behind the neck Shoulder press - now if you have the mobility and the right form this is definitely something you can use for your shoulders, but I just can’t seem to ever do this exercise. When I first started lifting I remember my trainer had me do these and I remember my shoulder always feeling terrible during that first program I ran, but never connected the dots. After I ditched this exercise for the standard military press and just any other infront of the body shoulder press, I could never go back. My shoulders have felt way better ever since

I’ve been obsessed with the gym sense I joined about 5 1/2 months ago as a freshman in high school I dove deep into Andrew huberman and the understanding of glycolysis, mitosis, alpha hydroxy acids, DHEA, creation of adenosine triphosphate, brown fat, effects of potassium, best salt for sodium tradeoff for electrolytes (in my opinion himilayan salt), Hydroxymethbutrate, MACA, Lactate, Gluclose, Cell scraping, and ecdystrome. With this information I’ve slowly out grown those who put at this point 8 months of time into the gym because of what I’ve put in. I’ve gained 25 lbs and found myself at almost 150 lbs after being a skinny f*** as long as I can remember. Thank y’all for this podcast, this is the information and talks I love to hear! I never thought I’d enjoy podcasts but people do not understand the use of these things.
My favorite exercise is pause squats. I saw major improvements in my overall strength and mobility when I performed that exercise without a belt and knee wraps.
Excluding the main lifts, landmine rows feel awesome. The fact they have great activation/development for the lats, rhomboids, rear delts, and triceps all at once. On the other hand, bulgarian split squats are the bane of my existence. But they are very worthwhile for stability and growth.
Favorite exercise has to be the conventional deadlift, ever since I’ve been incorporating it, it’s been a staple into the routine. Least favorite exercise could be MANY things, but I think it’s the ab and core machines
My personal favorite exercise is the deadlift, great back builder, great strength builder and also great for grip strength. My least favorite exercise is probably the behind the neck pulldown. It's just terrible. You gotta lift less and you gonna mess up your shoulders and neck so i just hate it. Being a powerlifter, I hate any exercise that can be detrimental in the long run.
I've been battling a back injury for past few years due to covid. . .been running triathlons on it competively as well. . . since finding you guys I'm exciting to go back to my roots of hitting the gym. . . you've been an awesome podcast I've been looking forward to :)
My favorite exercise has to be a weighted pull up. It's a great compound movement and if you're adding volume you'll see some great back and bicep gains depending on the grip and body postion. My least favorite is the dumbbell fly. The time under tension is minimal and it puts your shoulders in a vulnerable positon, it's not worth it (I hope arnold isn't reading these comments 😅). You're better off doing some type of cable fly.
I think flys are kinda bs anyway, i get all the chest development i need from incline bench and weighted dips. For back its definitley weighted pullups and barbell row. For legs its barbell lunges and stiff leg deadlifts.
Weighted pull ups are so important for my routine that I do them in the morning separate from my late afternoon regular workout. I want to make sure I’m fresh for them and that I get enough recovery time after them for the rest of my workout. I sort of agree with you about the dumbbell fly, but I’ve worked them back into my routine this cycle. I do them laying on the floor rather than the bench and perform them very slowly with lighter weights, especially paying particular attention to the eccentric portion of the movement and internally cueing the pecs for the concentric portion. That being said, cable flies are superior like you mentioned.
Your shoulder is only in a bad position if you are doing the movement incorrectly. I also agree that it's not a very valuable exercise unless your are a body builder. It can help new people build a mind to muscle connection with their chest but besides that ..I don't program it into my clients programs.
Dumbbell flyes put your chest in a maximally stretched position which has been proven to be superior for hypertrophy (check out Dr Mike from RP for that, and can help build flexibility in that region which is good for preventing injury in the long run. In regards to the vulnerable position, if you build up to it correctly then you should be fine. In fact, a lot of injuries come from a lack of range of motion in the shoulder joint. I don’t particularly use it as a main muscle builder but as a weighted stretch to help maintain flexibility and stability in the shoulder
Favorite exercise: Heavy barbell Romanian deadlifts. I incorporated these into my routine about 6 months ago (thanks to the info from this show) and no single exercise has had a bigger positive impact on my physique. My back, butt, hamstrings, and quads have all blown up thanks to it, and I just feel better and stronger overall. Least favorite exercise: cheat curls, performed incorrectly. Lots of guys at the gym use momentum and swing their body to hoist heavy curls up into position, no pause at the top, and then a quick negative as well. So quick concentric, isometric, and eccentric portions of the movement - which arguably defeats the purpose of a cheat curl. Cheat curls should be reserved for advanced lifters who know how to control their bodies to get some value out of them, but it seems like most of the beginner-to-intermediate (mostly male) lifters incorporate them into their routine.
I've switched squats for lunges and cossacks, feels way better on the low back and knees and trains balance and mobility. Then use hip thrusts and rdl's to hit the posterior chain.
@@colinb8332 ya, i know the mindpump guys would say "i need to learn to squat because its a necessary motion" and i do air squats to warm up. However, i need much higher weight for squat to get the same feeling and it doesnt feel good, im in my late 30's and work construction not worth the pain. I can use 1/3 the weight for lunges and feel great.
I get my abductor/adduction workout from the missionary position where you triangle your knees away from the body and hammer away. Do this for a few rounds over the course of a movie and everyone's happy!
Favorite: trap bar deadlift-- functional exercise because humans are meant to carry and pick up on their sides. Overall great compound exercise. Worst: Upright rows-- much better substitutes that don’t put your shoulder in a compromised position. Most people already have shoulder problems and this will worsen those issues.
My favorite exercises lately have been the press and push press. I’d never trained overhead movements until I got back into watching strongman and Olympic lifting on RUclips, and watching the numbers go up and my shoulders and upper back develop so fast has been fun.
Ever since having knee surgery and having to build my legs back up, squats have become my favorite exercise. Least favorite is ab exercises, but ive found with squatting without a belt that bracing has taken care of a lot of ab work.
I'm a new PT and your content is helping me sooo much. I've been in fitness for myself for years but only just qualified and the content is already helping my business
My favorite exercise is Pull-ups, especially with weight. I just think they're fun and I love the lat pump. My least favorite exercise is Bulgarian Split Squats. I still do them and they work great but they burn so much...
Favourite exercise is deadlifts, least favourite exercise is anything that has to do with calves. Just about to finish your Maps anabolic program and seen the best results I've seen in my lif. The increased frequency of hitting the muscle and the full body split was completely revolutionary for my body.
Love the show. My favourite exercise is the Z press. You can't cheat. And nothing hits the shoulders like it. So glad you programmed it into Maps Strong, which I'm loving at the moment. My least favourite exercise is Bulgarian split-stance squats. They're just so damn hard!
I'd say my favorite exercises are the squat and the deadlift. Bench falls close too. I like them mainly because I enjoy lifting heavy and I feel I can go ham on those. I hate doing lunges or Bulgarians because I get sooo sore. I keep them in ny program though because I know they bring me great benefit (unilateral training, for example). Greetings from Chile, guys! Keep on the awesome work.
Love your content guys. Favourite exercise is deadlift by far because who doesn’t like hitting some heavy shit. By far my least favourite exercise is tradition ez bar bicep curls and I struggle to feel a good connection. I have started doing the chin up like you guys have mentioned and loving it 💪🏽
Favorite- Hang clean: the combination of control, explosiveness, and balance. I feel so in tune with my body. Less Favorite- Curls: so easy to cheat, focuses on one muscle.
My favorite exercise is dips for sure. Personally, there aren’t many other exercises that provide so much value for your chest and triceps, especially when you can add load via a belt.
Weighted dips are better for upper body pushing strength. It allows you to recruit more muscle fibers to push heavier weight. With the bench press, it takes your rear delts and makes them stabilizers rather than movers, this makes it seem like you have a weak upper body, but you don't, you just don't have access to those rear delts and traps to help you move more weight, so in reality a strong bencher could have a weaker upper body pound for pound, but the weighted dipper who is able to fully utilize his entire upper body to push someone away from him or push some car to a gas station or whatever situation demands you push something heavy without the added support of a bench to lay down on, my money would go onto the guy who does weighted dips, because his entire upper body is being utilized to push something in a real life situation. There's gonna be more situations where you're standing upright and have to push something rather than laying down and getting a perfect grip and make your body arch. So weighted dips, overhead press and push-ups are gonna get you better strength to deal in real life situations, while bench press gives you more bragging rights. If you do weighted dips overhead press and push-ups, you're core strength will also adapt, automatically making a stronger upper body pound for pound. If you're looking for some training advice I'm happy to help
@@ethanfrancisco5446 I find bench press to be a competition lift and bodybuilding isolation move at best, and while people do get ridiculously strong at, I don't believe that its gonna help them get out of a life or death situation. Access to your full upper body strength rather than have your chest shoulders and triceps be ridiculously strong to the point where it's out of proportion to the rest of your body,, I prefer full access to my upper body strength as well as mobility, and it's no secret that bench limits mobility, while dips, pushups, and overhead press progress them the more you do them. In a combat situation, weighted calisthenics with OHP is the best way to go
Favorite exercise is the lateral raise because I love the look of a capped delt. Least favorite exercise is Bulgarian split squats because they’re the hardest exercise ever.
Favorite exercise: Elevated Reverse Lunges with Kettlebells or Dumbbells because of how well it loads the posterior chain and how it incorporates Sagital and Frontal plane stability. Least favorite exercise: by far has to be any machine made for the chest. There's just so much more benefit and gains to be made for everyone's favorite mirror muscles like Bench, Incline, Dips, Push ups, and deep stretch db flys
@@coachingconfidant2785 you can. But you can have the option to safely eccentricly overload the movement then drop it and up with bodyweight on the concentric. Or you can load it contralaterally to activate the glute medius to a greater extent which is huge and see any imbal nces. Can get that from the abduction machine.
@@coachingconfidant2785 if your right leg is stepping back and the left leg is lunging, hold the DB or KB in the right hand requires more balance (right hand left leg or left hand right leg is contra-lateral). It's the same thing for 1 legged RDLs. Good for athletes.

Deadlift is easily my favorite. So many benefits. Easy to load. Easy to get good form. Easy to bail out haha My least favorite is the any type of overhead press. I love doing them but I see so many people doing them wrong.
My favourite exercise is deadlfit because i love how it helped me build my back and my least favourite exercise is hip abduction machine because i dont feel anything while doing it.
I used to hate squatting, but I decided to start squatting because of its importance. Kept the weight light until I got a good form down. Now I love squatting and leg day in general.
Leg curl movement are necessary for complete hamstring development, does not have to be leg curl machine, could be nordic curls or Glute ham raise, but Deadlifts (even if it's RDL) alone are not enough if your goal is hyperthrophy.
@@jeze8346 if I'm gonna do sustained cardio than most likely the row machine. However most cardio I do are different weightlifting circuits. Like 10 back squats, 10 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups. Back to back. And just do rounds of those like HIIT.
Weirdly I think I have to say close grip bench press because I love the feeling of a heavy load on the triceps. Aside from skullcrushers which I also enjoy, most triceps focused movements I just sort of struggle feeling like the weight is either too light where I have to hit 20 reps to approach fatigue or its too heavy to where I feel like my form suffers and my elbows are under a lot of stress. You would think there has to be a middle ground but I can't seem to ever find it with those movements. Close grip bench press I can load up and really work to 1-2 RPE in the 4-8 rep range with solid form and no elbow discomfort.
My favorite exercise is the conventional Deadlift and my new 405 PR I did last week. My least favorite are any arm exercises especially the bicep curls. I never saw the gains, but I have always focused on compound lifts, Deadlift, Bench Press, Pullups.
Favourite Exercise: Cleans. (of any variety- "Squat Clean", Power Clean, Hang Cleans, Muscle Clean.) Least Favourite: Deadlifts- just absolutely the worst feeling exercise for me... dont feel like i get anything palpable from them.
I am so glad I do none of these exercises and that my contempt for combo moves in the few Body Pump classes I went to is justified. Why on earth are gyms still putting people through these stupidly programmed moves, inappropriate for the clientele (like you said, mostly middle-aged and out of shape) and not even possible (going from a deadlift to overhead press or Olympic moves that people don't know how to do).
Favourite exercise: squats. I'm not super great at them but I just love them nonetheless. Least favourite? Hip thrusts. To the point where I dread a workout containing them [please tell me they are not a must]...I hate all the preparation they take, plus finding enough space and the right tools (stepper, barbell, weights) in a crowded gym isn't always possible....also, one time a guy was doing his cooldown and it happened to be right in from of me...he was stretching his neck while I was doing the exercise -not weird or uncomfortable at all, to have someone staring directly at your crutch the whole time :)))))
My favorite exercise is the barbell squat. Any variation or type of barbell. My workout isn't complete without at least one good form barbell squat. My least favorite exercise (to perform) is Bulgarian Split Squats. I'll do lunges, reverse lunges, single leg on a leg press, but Bulgarians really test my stability and single leg strength on another level
This video started off with great information and just became comedy gold at the end. I actually burst out laughing while walking my dog when I saw Adam punching Justin in his ass😂😂
I must say tricep kickbacks have worked for me after modifying them...I twist my arm out as I reach the top of the rep so that my palm is facing upwards at the top of the movement and then pause for a second at the top of the move.. hits all heads of the triceps. Had to do these since French presses and overhead extensions hurt my elbows..
The gym I used to go to had a hip abduction/adduction machine. We used to call it the fanny machine. I live in the UK and we have a different meaning for the word fanny as you guys in the US do.
Lately my favorite exercise has been a 1.5 squat where I go ATG, up to parallel, back down, and then return to the starting position. This has helped me bust through a lengthy plateau. My least favorite is the standard plank. IMO it's the most overrated abdominal exercise
Wow, so many people saying deadlift is there favourite, its my least favourite because i can't get it right and always strain my back. My favourite is the bench press, i love it. I wish I could love the deadlift, but not until i can do it without getting hurt. Great show guys
I have cravings for the Stiff Deadlift day and love (and hate) Pull Ups. The Nordic and Reverse Nordic are also a thrill. Why would anyone want to do Bycicle Sit-ups I will never understand.
Love me some deadlifts! And really don’t care for overhead presses due to an old shoulder injury from being on the golf team in high school. I would love to improve just about everything in my weightlifting journey. I just started studying to get my PT certification and excited for my fitness this year in 2022. Go big or go home! 🙌🏻 Edit: I’ll be 100 percent honest and own up to the adduction machine since I do feel the burn. But I will continue to use because I do have some stability issues in my hips along with the banded walks and stability ball exercises as correctional instead of as an actual exercise!
My favorite exercise is dips. I love the pump I get in my triceps. My least favorite exercise is squats. I feel like I can deadlift an adequate amount for my physique, but when I do squats to proper depth with what to the best of my knowledge feels like proper form, I feel like the weight I can squat is extremely insufficient. They make me self-conscious.
My favorite exercise is probably the squat. Since my shoulder mobility sucks, I bought a SSB and doesn’t hurt my shoulders. I know I need to work on the mobility issues, but time and money aren’t always on my side. My least favorite would have to be walking lunges, I’ve never gotten the form mastered, and they tend to hurt my knees, and just all around feel weird. I’m also guilty of not using machines correctly, lol. I usually do the machine press backwards, it’s tends to hurt my shoulders when I sit in it with my back on the back rest. Great show as usual, thanks for all the great content you guys put out.
My favorite exercise, that is so underrated, is what I call the: "Get in and do your shit, don't hog space and then get out". I don't get why more people aren't doing this, it's so effective and gives you tons of gains!! Jokes aside, while I do love Squats and Deadlifts cause those are by far my best lifts, I'd have to say it is a tie between the Pendley row and the Overhead Press. The Pendley Row focuses so much on explosiveness in a way I can't really pull of with other lifts (but that might just be me). And with the Overhead Press, it is one of the very few exercises where I have to actively think about my form and also there's just something about putting weight above my head that feels primal, guess it's all the monster fight movies and video games. When it comes to my least favorite exercise it has to be the Lat Pulldown. And it's mostly other people's fault! I see so many people load it up for kingdom come and then just lean back as if they are trying to reach the core of the Earth and don't control it for shit.
I stopped doing deadlifts and squats and do dumbbell lunges and hip thrusts. I herniated a disc when I used to do deadlifts and squats aggravated it. Going to lunges has me feeling the best I've felt since I was in my early 20's. I may not have as much raw strength but I feel much more agile and balanced.
It’s varied over the years. Especially when the numbers have gone up, I LOVED deadlifts, and then squats. Never bench, my numbers have always struggled and stalled with bench. Also love a good single arm cable row. More recently, thanks to MAPS aesthetic, skull crushers, probably not a popular answer. Something I’ve apparently never done properly, with that stretch from going over top of the head, and not coming down toward the forehead.
I love this episode. Of course I've done stupid things too, but THANK YOU for calling out those who use the damn assisted pullup machine for a leg press. There is at least one sled in every gym and usually a "leg press" to boot. Love you guys!
My favorite exercise is Squat. I consider that it is King of all the workout. I have noticed an increase in my overall body mass after my Squats has increased. I have also noticed tremendous increase in other lifts such as Bench press and Deadlift. My least favorite exercise is standing calf raises. I have been doing standing calf raises for a while. I do feel the pump after the exercises however I have not noticed a tremendous increase in size when compared to rest of the body parts. Despite this I continue to do just so that I can get the most gain from the exercise. By the way I recently purchased Mind Pump Aesthetics. I have started to put it to work. Today was my first day of Phase 1 Workout 1. It was very intense then my normal workout. I look forward to making some progress since hitting a plateau in gaining muscle and losing body fat. Thanks for all you guys do. I appreciate your knowledge and experience to help individuals reach their fitness goals. 🙏🏻 - From USA

My least favorite is the dumbbell fly. The time under tension is minimal and it puts your shoulders in a vulnerable positon, it's not worth it (I hope arnold isn't reading these comments 😅). You're better off doing some type of cable fly.
Weighted pull ups are great
I think flys are kinda bs anyway, i get all the chest development i need from incline bench and weighted dips.
Gone through the same transition myself. Hips, back and knees have felt much better
Pull ups and lat pull downs are definitely my favorite, any form of curl I also really enjoy. Back and bicep day is always my favorite
My favorite exercise would be the Weighted Squat. Because it's a compound exercise that trains a lot of muscles together.
My favorite exercises lately have been the press and push press. I’d never trained overhead movements until I got back into watching strongman and Olympic lifting on RUclips, and watching the numbers go up and my shoulders and upper back develop so fast has been fun.
My go to is Interval rowing sessions 30 to 45 minutes total time twice to three times a week. Barbell training the other days.
I’m starting to love them even more
Weighted dips are better for upper body pushing strength.
@@nathansidhu6723 Definitely vital to keep them mixed in the routine!
In a combat situation, weighted calisthenics with OHP is the best way to go
A favorite is hard to choose. RDLs or bent over rows probably.
Happy to say I don’t do any of the exercises on this list!😂
I replaced leg extensions with banded Spanish squats.
I superset set them with seated leg curls.
Chin ups for the win. Going from not being able to do one to doing sets of 10 is an awesome feeling!
Bro same here it has transformed me to the point that I actually get emotional
Barbell squats are my fav! I feel so proud of myself seeing the progress of adding plates and feeling like a bad ass :)
There's just so much more benefit and gains to be made for everyone's favorite mirror muscles like Bench, Incline, Dips, Push ups, and deep stretch db flys
why not barbell reverse lunge
@@coachingconfidant2785 you can. But you can have the option to safely eccentricly overload the movement then drop it and up with bodyweight on the concentric. Or you can load it contralaterally to activate the glute medius to a greater extent which is huge and see any imbal nces. Can get that from the abduction machine.
@@Pizzaismyfav456 i dont want to grow my side booty tho i'd rather keep it small but strong. Also explaun what you mean by contralaterally
@@coachingconfidant2785 if your right leg is stepping back and the left leg is lunging, hold the DB or KB in the right hand requires more balance (right hand left leg or left hand right leg is contra-lateral). It's the same thing for 1 legged RDLs. Good for athletes.
Winner! Winner! Winner! Please email ann@mindpumpmedia.com with this episode number, a screenshot of your youtube username, and the email you would like the program to go to!
Deadlift is easily my favorite. So many benefits. Easy to load. Easy to get good form. Easy to bail out haha
My least favorite is the any type of overhead press.
The video idea of Justin doing squats and getting punched in the glutes made me laugh so hard. Great content as always.
Weighted dips and Pullups are equal favorites of mine. My least favorite exercise would probably have to be running. I hate jogging so much.
How do you do cardio?
@@jeze8346 if I'm gonna do sustained cardio than most likely the row machine. However most cardio I do are different weightlifting circuits. Like 10 back squats, 10 pull ups, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups. Back to back. And just do rounds of those like HIIT.
@@chaddickens4335 nice
(of any variety- "Squat Clean", Power Clean, Hang Cleans, Muscle Clean.)
Least Favourite: Deadlifts- just absolutely the worst feeling exercise for me... dont feel like i get anything palpable from them.
Favorite exercise: Axle bar deadlift / Least favorite exercise: Curls LOL. Great show guys!
You guys are great ! Love this channel !Always great content ! :)
The gym I used to go to had a hip abduction/adduction machine. We used to call it the fanny machine. I live in the UK and we have a different meaning for the word fanny as you guys in the US do.
Nice content again guys!!! Thank you very much!!!
Lately my favorite exercise has been a 1.5 squat where I go ATG, up to parallel, back down, and then return to the starting position. This has helped me bust through a lengthy plateau. My least favorite is the standard plank. IMO it's the most overrated abdominal exercise
Favorite I'd rows. Least favorite would be squats.. though I need them the most!
That glute-boxing cut had me rolling. 😂😂😂
Love me some deadlifts! And really don’t care for overhead presses due to an old shoulder injury from being on the golf team in high school. I would love to improve just about everything in my weightlifting journey. I just started studying to get my PT certification and excited for my fitness this year in 2022. Go big or go home! 🙌🏻
Edit: I’ll be 100 percent honest and own up to the adduction machine since I do feel the burn. But I will continue to use because I do have some stability issues in my hips along with the banded walks and stability ball exercises as correctional instead of as an actual exercise!
Dips, going from doing 2-3 in total to 4 sets of 8 reps. I joined the gym in September.
Favorite exercise: Tricep Extension (Cables)
Least Favorite: Deadlifts (risk of injury) id rather injury my arm or something vs my back.
I use the abduction machine before heavy squats because it makes it easier. I drive a dump truck all day and have really tight hips
Wouldn't combine exercises make since in one area as in just upperbody. Example: a row to hang clean to overhead press.
I love Squats for legs, weighted pull-ups for the back and 5° to 10° decline dumbbell press.
I love the pump I get from EZ bar preacher curls.
Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, jump squats, bag work, push up burpees, dumbbell press, row, curl, uchi komis, shrimps, break falls, mat pulls.
My favorite is bar bell over head press. Just love how it fills. My least favorite is bar bell squat because i suck at it:).
Should I quit Squats and deadlifts if I have scoliosis? What exercises are good replacements?
Favorite exercise deadline least Favorite squat for sure lol I can't find a good spot on my neck/shoulders to set the bar kills my neck
I'll see your using the assisted pull-up to leg press and one up with using the assisted pull-up as a close-grip press down
Favorite exercise - weighted pull ups.
Least favorite that I still do religiously - back squat.
Least favorite that I find excuses not to do but I know I shouldn’t - lunges.
Least favorite that I wouldn’t do if you offered to pay me - leg extensions.
The glute punching at the end. I'm rolling!!!
Favourites have to be: (rank wise)
1. Barbell Back Squat/ Wide Grip Pull-Ups!
2. Decline Barbell Press
3. Overhead Presses!!
4. Weighted Barbell Row/ Seated Shoulder Press!
5. Skullcrushers!
6. Barbell Bench Press
7. Deadlifts
8. Dips
My favorite exercise is the incline dumbell press, i feel really strong doing it and feel a great connection in my chest.
lol meanwhile i didnt feel anything doing it...slight incline for me
Favorite: squat and deads useless: leg press and hip adduction/abduction compound lifts for the win
My favorite is the Shoulder Press
Least Favorite is Barbell Row, not because I don't like it, but it's the one I struggle with the most doing correctly. I'm working on it though.
I play basketball regularly and my lateral movement is insane.
My favorite is "Deadlift," while my close second is "Standing Barbell Shoulder Press." They give me the most pump.
My least favorite, though the most important exercise, is "Squat." It burns so much.
My favourite Exercise is back squat or over head press because I feel like I am strong when doing them and my least fave is hammer curls because I feel like isn’t feels awkward doing them
My favorite exercise is the pull up. It’s a classic and it get my back fired up. My least favorable workout is the barbell high pull. It’s always hurt my shoulder and I broke my neck so now it’s even highly discouraged by my medical team.
i just came to watch on youtube (from spotify) to see the honorable mention because it was so hilarious on the podcast!
My current favourite exercise is the Dumbbell Pullover - after being consistent with this the carry over to pull ups, deadlift, chest exercises is great
My least favourite is the Front Squat - i just can't get the wrists comfortably in position and seeing no progression, so I avoid it if I can,
#1 favorite exercise has to be reps with the Ab wheel nothing else compares when doing abdominal personally, least favorite has to be diamond push ups only because when done consecutively i have pain in my wrists.
