Homecoming is yearly occurrence for high schools and colleges! The entire performance is based on HBCU homecomings because they are massive and basically huge cultural events for black folks.

As far as vocal strength and control, if I remember correctly, when she was in Destiny's Child her dad had her and her group run on the treadmill in heels while singing!!! She knows how to train and control her instrument.

From this latest album “Renaissance” vocally deconstruct the last 3 or so minutes of “Virgos Groove” it’s like insane riffing. Almost like the Blue Lady from “ The Fifth Element” lol

Homecoming is a concept and big event thats unique to hbcu and black culture. This entire concert was done in homage to the black experience at an hbcu which she never got to experience, so this is her homecoming

B has trained her entire life perfecting her ability to dance and sing. The queen dosen't lip sing. I just watched a video of Kelly walking around harmonizing while doing doing random stuff. Her voice never changed, it was as if she was standing still singing. She said that's how she learned how to harmonize with Michelle when she came to the group. Simply amazing! Beyoncé is all about her fans. She actually was meant to do the Coachella performance the year before but got pregnant so she had to reschedule. She did it the following year as a statement. She is a bad bitch and she shows that hard work pays off and this performance is considered legendary so I’d say it payed off. She is such a great influence for strong powerful woman. She is the blueprint.
