I see a lot of people praising Vinny, but you've got to remember that Mike, Joe, and Bill do a lot too, though it's understandable if you only know Vinny and don't know the other guys, he is kind of the poster boy of Red Vox, as Vinny has said himself.
I knew I was forgetting one of their names! I knew about Mike and Joe, but forgot the other's name. I follow Mike actively as well since he also has a Twitch channel, but the other two are rather private about their lives, which is fine.
@@OfficialMidnightRuby isn't it weird how the keyboard player's name is always so forgettable in every band, even when they're amazing? it took forever for rick wright to stick in my brain.
The fact that this guy can play drums very well on a track he has never heard before WHILE reading chat AND REPLYING is absolutely INSANE. I pretty much don't know anything about drummers and how they do their magic but that seems like a crazy feat to pull off imo
Drumming is mostly about feeling the music rather than reading it, at least outside of a symphonic band or other similar settings. After you’ve played/listened to/studied enough music it’s pretty easy to play along with music you’ve never heard before since you’ll pick up on certain musical patterns and concepts as you play. It also helps to have a jazz background since it teaches improvisation skills and helps you anticipate song structures and chord progression so you can jump into any song and pretty much know how to play along with it for the first time.
i wish he would admit that people only watch his stream to watch him cover their favorite songs, rather than pretending thst people watch his stream to be "entertained" by his personality. sorry, but thanking people for donations isn't entertaining and i'd rather just listen to him playing and then talk in between songs.
Nah that’s not true, if I’d wanted to watch someone cover songs with drums and stuff I’d watch some other thing. I watch him to see the songs I care about yes, but I like listening to his personality and just him y’know

Mike's rhythms on a lot of Red Vox's songs are genuinely some of the best drumming I've heard
I like Mike the most. His drumming is super nice to listen to
Yeah Vinny and Mike are like close. I thought Joe was the Studio owner or like a jazz nickname. Their names are short and simple tho.

thank god he wasnt scared away by te length
absolute masterpeice of a track
Shout out to the 1-2 people in the chat who recognized this as a Red Vox song.
Well I mean it does say at the bottom that it's Red Vox but I get what you mean.
I loved when someone said the song had Pink Floyd vibes. Vinny would probably be happy to hear that since he loves Gilmour so much
HE PLAYED A FUCKING RED VOX SONG??? Have the boys seen this? Also i love the vinny emotes in chat, v nice
I NEVER KNEW HOW MUCH I NEEDED JEROD PLAYING ONE OF VINNY’S SONGS
I hope more people listen to this band now.
probably not
@@GodfamZeta42069 Even though it's not really my kind of music. I have to admit Vinny is a good musician and deserves the best.
This is actually my favorite Red Vox song! This is nice
This was a surprise to randomly come across, but a VERY welcome surprise to be sure!
I bet Mike would love to see this if he hasn't already.
That’s exactly what I was thinking! The original is amazing as is, but this drumming cover adds such a cool flare to the song!
Seeing guys in chat hearing Red Vox for the first time and liking it makes me happy
Red Vox and 8BitDrummer together is 10/10

Watching the drummer as well as the chat slowly get more and more into it made me so happy.
Yesss a combination of two of my favorite streamers
Oh man i know he's talking since he's on stream and wants to entertain but I'd die for a full drum cover of this song
Holy shit! Thank god this got recommended to me! Now I want to see Jerod cover more Red Vox songs, for example In The Garden. IMAGINE THAT
Juan Kr3M3R
Oh all my yes
In a Dream
problem is a lot of them got lyrics a little too steamy for his streams. at least if he still has his no swear rule
ChubbiestThread got MILEAGE out of their Vinny emotes and I love that

Now I want him to do all of Red Vox albums. Imagine him hearing Blood Bagel
Honestly I wish he played Settle For Less but this is definitely a track worthy of a cover.
settle for less is so gooooood
nothing beats mike's fills, but jerod's come close :)
Both my ears enjoyed this!
thank you youtube algorithm for this delicious content
